House pet & Not trusting you

I made it to C.Den, I only bought some chips because their chicken is a few dollars more, as soon as I left the building I teleported back home, I put my 3 bags of chips on the table, I bought Doritos, Red Lays, and some Hot Cheetos.

As I was waiting or the rest to wake up, I just sat outside, doing nothing other than day dreaming, and thinking.

"Wait, if I had that dream where Laricia killed all of us, and it came true....doesn't...that mean...Derek will...kill us all? That's nonsense he's innocent, we would only hurt the ones he hates, but Chara's gone now, unless they must've followed us...here in the surface world...? Psht, that's nonsense!" I thought with a smile.

For some reason, I heard a meow. "Kitty?" I said to myself. Out of nowhere, I saw a black and white cat on the porch with me. "JESUS CHRI-" I yelled as I jumped and fell. The cat just walks up to me and cuddles my face with its fur, I spit its fur as it got in my mouth.

"Heh, ok cat, can you stop now?" I said as I slowly stood up, the cat continues to cuddle with my legs. I sighed and brought the cat inside.

"Ok, cat. Your our pet now! Uh...sit?" I didn't know what I was saying, I've been gone for a month...or worse it could've been a year, it felt like a year. I don't know there's no time in the underground!

I gently smiled as I pet the cats fur. "Well it seems that your a female..." I said to myself. "Meh, for now I'll just name ya cat." I heard stomping downstairs. I saw everyone falling off the stairs with sparkles in their eyes.

"WE HEARD A CAT!!!" They all yelled so loudly that Laricia woke up. Laricia gasps. "KITTY!!!" They all yelled as they walk up to the cat and pet it.

"Where did you find her?" Jessica asks. "Well I was outside and she just walked up to me, and cuddled with me. But I haven't gave her a name yet."

They all pause and started thinking. "Kao?" "Mikaela?" "Tiffany?" "Ashi?" They all said at once. Suddenly Laricia jumps up. "What about Alice?" She said nervously. We all smiled, with agreement. "Heh, yeah sure!" I said to Laricia with a kind smile.

They all randomly cheered for a moment. Derek suddenly puts his hand on my shoulder, I pushed him away with fear in my eyes.

"Jaquela you alright? Uh heh, didn't mean to scare you." I looked down at the floor. "Y-yes I'm fine, just need some uh...space." I walked upstairs, with a scared yet, depression look on my face.

Derek's POV

I was confused, she seemed, scared. Suddenly, Tala gently leans on me. "Yo what happened there?" She asked me. I shrugged as I looked up at the stairs. "Hey, I'll be back." I said to Tala as I walked up stairs.

I saw Jaquela sitting on the floor, as she leans on the wall. I can hear her gently crying. "Um, Jaquela?" She quickly looks up at me with lavender tears in her eyes. "G-GET AWAY!!!" She yelled as she quickly got up.

I looked above her and saw a gaster blaster forming itself. "WOAH WOAH WOAH, CALM DOWN, ITS ME, DEREK!!! I, AM NOT, CHARA!!!" I yelled. "I-I DONT KNOW THAT, YOUR PROBABLY CHARA RIGHT NOW, JUST ACTING LIKE MY FRIEND SO YOU COULD MURDER ME!!!" Jaquela yells with an insanely smile on her face.

[TIME SKIP]

Jaquela's POV

I finally had that insane thought out of my head. "Derek, are you sure your...not Chara?" I said as I wiped my lavender tears away. "Yes, I don't have pink blush on me, now do I?" Derek said as he puts his hand on his cheek.

I sighed and looked out at the window. "No...um, I'll meet you downstairs." I said with a depression tone in my face, as I slowly walked away.
