*Kay’s p.o.v.*
So I just woke up to my phone going off and it’s 10:30 a.m. I looked down at my phone and it was Mikey.
Miley: hey good morning neighbor ;)
Awww he’s even cute when he texts…. Snap out of it Kathleen you guys just met there is no way he likes you.
Kay: hey stranger.
Mikey: lol so I was wondering if maybe you wanted to hang out today? You know so we can get to know each other better.
Kay: ya sounds fun what time?
Mikey: noon at my house. Can’t wait :)
Kay: ok see ya
Omg did Mikey really just invite me over? Well I guess I should wake up Syd and tell her what’s going on.
“hey Sydney wake up!!”
“Why are you waking me up so early?”
“because Mikey just texted me and asked if I wanted to hang out with him at noon and I said yes!!!”
“omg lets get you dressed! You have to look cute today. Wow I never thought I would be setting up my best friend with my brother.”
“haha seems kinda weird anyway lets get me dressed.”
I put on a navy blue ruffle tank and so short denim shorts. After that I put on my black toms. For makeup all I did was put on a little mascara and eye liner (I don’t like to put on a lot of makeup) then I curled my hair in to lose, cute curls. I looked myself over in the mirror and I have to admit I looked good.
“woah look at you. Your gorgeous!!!” Sydney said with an excited voice.
“thanks,” I checked the clock, it was 11:55. “hey Syd I’m going to hang out with Mikey now. Do you wanna hang with us? I feel bad.”
“no no have a good time with Mikey I’m going to my friend Hannah’s house anyway.”
“oh alright have fun!!”
“you to!!” she said with a wink.
