Basil got a big smile in his face, jumped up from the floor and kissed you again.
Basil: I'm happy to oblige but answer me one question why do you have a gun?
You smiled and shook your head
you:I'll tell you later but right now we need to get to the Queen.
TIME SKIP
Rattigan: stay where you are or the girl dies he said holding Olivia by the scruff of her neck
you: AFTER THAT RAT!
Basil, Dawson, your farther and you ran out of the door after him.
small time skip
SMASH!! went the face of big Ben as Rattigan, Basil and Olivia crashed into it leaving the 3 of you stunned (Dawson, You, your farther)
you: get me closer to the crash you said tying your hear up into a messy bun
Dawson: yes right away
your farther: why what are you going to do?
you: I'm going to stop this madness and save my family
you said jumping into the clock
You could see Basil looking around spastically with Rattigan sneaking behind him.
you: Basil! behind you!
Basil turned to see a white gloved hand give him a slap to the face and sent him flying off the cog he was on. Rattigan forgot that he was holding Olivia and she bit him as hard as her little teeth could. Rattigan let out a loud yelp while Basil climbed back onto the cog and trapped the rats black cape in between 2 other cogs.
you started running towards the 3 of them. After Rattigan realised what Basil had done he threw Olivia over the edge of one cog and into another. Luckily you caught her just before she got squashed by a chain. Basil soon caught up to you and while holding Olivia's hand dashed back to Dawson and your farther. Suddenly a roar echoed behind you and Rattigan emerged from the shadows.
you: Basil he's coming
Dawson landed the balloon and in no time at all you and Olivia were on. However just as Basil was about to step on Rattigan leaped over the edge and grabbed Basil making both of them fall onto the face if the clock again.
you: I've had enough of this pest! get me closer to Rattigan you said taking the gun from under your dress and checking to see if it had bullets. thankfully it had 2 bullets left.
Dawson: Basil! over here! *gasp* look out!
Before he could question why Rattigan started strangling him from behind and then threw basil down onto the ground. he continued to scratch, kick and punch Basil until you jumped off the balloon and landed behind him.
you: That's enough you disgusting rodent! you said hiding the gun behind your back
Hearing this he stopped what he was doing and turned towards you with a growl.
Rattigan: and what will you do? he said taking a step closer to you
Rattigan: cry? (takes another step) scream?
Basil: no he whispered
Rattigan was less than a foot away from you. Glancing behind the rat you could see Basil picking himself up off the floor.
Basil: Rattigan!
As soon as he herd basil and turned to look at him. You shot him with the remaining 2 bullets in your gun making him fall to his knees and pass out over the edge of the clock hands.
