The Journey (Zephyr)

      I finally know where my angel is. Some how I knew my father isn't pulling a joke on me. I knew where to go but what about the danger. I knew it's forbidden for me to enter the land of light and for the love I have for Sylys. It's not because we're both men it's do to the fact I'm half demon and he's half angel. A song I wrote came to mind a song of love and how I want nothing more then to be with him. I wasn't aware I was singing out loud until one of the villagers came up to me.

"We had you all wrong. Go to him this one you love" he said I was generally surprised by this they don't normally talk to me.

"Thank you" I smiled and went to East toward the sun.  Not knowing what lays ahead.  The wind began to blow from the west after some time I decide to fly. I flew until I was to tired and stopped for the night. I thought of Sylys, I wonder what kind of man he has grown into is he as sweet as I remembered. I started dreaming of the last time I saw him, but woke just as fast. That last day was to painful. In able to go back to sleep I continue on my journey. Im not use to flying so much so I decide to walk for awhile and put on my coat .When I was hit with a small rock, and heard a voice

"Why do you trespass here demon"  it sounded young like a child.

"Who are you" I ask looking around I was in a field of flowers tall enough for a small child to hide in. Yet another rock came flying toward me. This time I was able to avoid getting hit.

"Why are you throwing things at me" I asked

"Get off my land" a young gold colored dragon made itself visable.

"Do you have a name young one" I asked now looking up at the sky if there was a dragon this young here. Momma can't be far away.

"Play with me" the dragon said. This can't be good I knew this dragon couldn't be alone, and if I anger her or upset her in anyway mom will kill me in a instant.

"Tell me your name little one" I asked and begin to back away slowly keeping my eyes on the sky and on the young dragon.

"You're running away" she said now pouting. Before I could do anything momma dragon came down on me, and snatched me off the ground I knew not to struggle, or fight. I hoped once she felt her baby was safe she would drop me at a safe distance to the ground. As she flew I took notice that she was heading to where I wanted, too Sylys. If the dragon decided to she could crush me in her talons right now and would never see his face, hear his voice, hold him close to me, or anything. She released me it wasn't high enough I couldn't​ get my coat off and just enough it was going to hurt when I landed.

"Zephyr" I heard a voice call out in worry. As I crashed to the ground and saw a face just as I blacked out.

I wasn't sure how long I was out but I realized quickly my head was in someone's lap and they were gently rubbing my head and face. I should get up and move, but for some reason it felt nice like this was exactly where I should be.

"Wake up my sweet prince" a males voice whispers I open my eyes and see the most beautiful sight. I knew those violet eyes anywhere

"My Angel" I smiled, and reached up and caressed his face. As a beautiful smile spreads across his face.

"How do you feel my handsome prince" he asked caressing my face.

"Much better now that we're together" I answered. "How did you find me. Where are we" I asked looking around. We were in a what looked like a tavern room.

"I wasn't far from where that dragon dropped you. We're at the nearest tavern in Reedwealth" he answered. I wrapped my hand around his neck and pulled him down and kissed him. Once our lips meet for the first time it was like time stopped. I slowly moved to were I was sitting up never once breaking the kiss. Eventually he pulled away. His face bright red clearly embarrassed.

"Is something wrong Sylys" I asked. Maybe I should of asked before just kissing him.

"We really don't​ know each other, but it felt right" he said softly.

"I'm sorry, I should of waited for your permission, It's just I've wanted to kiss you from the first time I ever laid eyes on you" I said rubbing the side of his face and hair.

"No I liked it. Wait when was the first time you saw me" he asked.

"You were a baby. My mother and I use to live in the castle" I said

"What, my parents lied to me. I've dreamed of you even drew pictures my parents would never tell me who you were. When did you leave" he asked upset. His eyes turning a dark purple color.

"Calm down please, It's a long story. My mother died of heart break when my father did something unthinkable. Your father feared I would turn out just like him. So he banished me also. All demon kind actually" I said. He frowned I wanted to see him smile again. So I leaned forward and gave him a quick kiss on the lips again. His eyes met mine. And a small smile appeared on his lips again.

"Don't worry my angel. We're together now and no force in this world can separate us again. My heart belongs to you. From the moment I first seen you until the day I take my last breath I will and always love you" I said.

"And I love you Zephyr" he whispered and leaned closer kissing me this time.
