Luke's P.O.V:

No... No... No no no!!

Tears filled my eyes as I looked at Max, passed out in my arms. She could have killed Ashton if we let her.... I couldn't let her. She doesn't need a murder on her hands. I've had plenty.

"Ash? What happened? Why was Ashton in here?" I cringe at how my voice is breaking.

"He was in here because he said he wanted to hang out with us. We started watching Logan and in the beginning of it Max pulled me inside the bathroom and told me he told her "Hey pretty. I missed you." She was terrified, Luke. She didn't know what to do. That's when I texted you. And then when you came in, he was trying to force himself on her. She didn't want and was even more scared she started shaking."

When she finishes, my fists clench in anger. "That pig tried to force himself on my girl?! THAT'S A DEAD MAN RIGHT THERE!" I boom. Ash flinches and I calm down. I pull her into a hug and she buries her head into my side.

"I was terrified when he held me, Luke. And then Max got mad, I didn't know what to do. I knew she was going to beat him if he didn't let me go, but I wasn't trying to make him let me go." She cries.

"Don't worry little sis, I'm here...." I say as I rub my hand up and down her arm. I feel a little movement from Max and she opens her eyes.

"Ohhhh what happened?" She says groggily. "You passed out because you were in Killer Beast Mode." I say. She chuckles and leans against me.

My girls.... My little sister and my girlfriend... I always feel I have to protect them.

Max sighs and looks at me and Ash. "What do we do now?" She says. "Want to finish watching the movie?" Ash asks. "Yes!"

"Okay okay," Ash giggles. She rewinds the movie to the beginning and goes sit on the floor. I pick Max up and we sit on the couch. "You want to cuddle, don't you?" She says while looking up at me. I wrap my arms around her while she had her back to me.

"Better," I chuckle in her ear. "Yup," she giggles.

"Get a room!" Ash says. "Sweetheart, we are in one." Max retorts. She grins and we laugh. She's too beautiful for her own good. But I don't know how to tell her I'm in a gang.......

"Hey, what's wrong?" I see Max looking up at me with worry in her eyes. "Oh nothing. I'm fine." I lie. I hate lying to her. "Okay... Let me know if something is wrong, ok?" "Yeah.... I will." "Alright. Now, let's watch the movie."

She puts her head down and goes back to watching the movie.

What do I do? I can't just bluntly tell her I'm in a gang. This is so hard..... I've never kept a secret from her. She knows everything..... Ugh THIS IS SO HARD!!!!!

I sound like a girl with all these problems.....

-1 hour and 40 minutes later-

I barely paid attention to the movie. I don't even remember what happened during most of it. "Uh... I think I'll go back to my room now...." I say. "Wait! Can I still stay with you since you're back?" Max says.

Oh god I completely forgot about that....

"Yeah. You can still come. Let's go."

"Yay! Bye, Ash!" She practically jumps up and runs to the door. I chuckle at her excitement and follow her to the door. "Bye, Max!" Ash says.
