•-Your POV-•
Laurence and I race out the front door of his pleasant home, strolling down the streets of this new village. Phoenix Drop. We take a whiff of the fresh scent of newly blooming flowers that laces the amorous breeze, we exhale in unison. Both releasing a laugh at our behaviour.
•-Garroths POV•-(Did you expect that one?😂)
I'm on patrol, roaming the streets. The cheery faces of friends stroll by, waving or smiling. I always wave back. Laughing cut me out of my thoughts as I look to see who the source was. Laurence, and what seems to be a girl the same age as us, dressed in Laurences pjs? Oh Irene Laurence, you didn't did you?
He spots me and waves frantically. He grips the girls hand and darts towards me. He squeezes between people, making sure to greet them. 'Laurence has got a cruuush, tehehe!'
"Hey, Garroth!" His scratchy yet charming voice calls me as I give the two a welcoming smile.
"Hi, Laurence! Who is this?" I question him as a look at her multicoloured eyes and...dragon ears?
"Hi there, I'm (Y/N)!" She cheerfully introduces herself, putting out her hand for me to shake.
"Uh, Garroth, nice to meet you!" I take her petite hand and shake it lightly.
"Come on Garroth, just ask the question already." (Y/N) looks at me with 'I know.' written across her face.
"Um...the ears..." Laurence gives me a 'don't-say-anything-stupid' face so I refrain from finishing my question. That guy can be scary when he wants to be.
"Well, I came from the ender, but that's a really long story so I'll just cut it short. I'm a human/ender dragon hybrid kinda thing." She flashes a smile afterwards.
"Oh, that's actually pretty cool!" I grin back. I'm not lying when I say that too. I've read about hybrids from the ender, it's quite interesting, but complex.
"How did you find your way here? Laurence didn't do anything to you did he?" I look into her (E/C) and purple eyes concerned. They glow as she giggles, revealing her mildly sharp teeth. She is slightly, completely adorable!
"What?! GARROTH!!" Laurence growls at me before playfully punching me in the shoulder, gifting a death glare with it.
"Hehe, calm down, I was on a mission in a small village. I was shot in the chest by guards and Laurence saved me!" She concludes with another contented smile.
"What did Laurence do to 'save' you hm?" I question (Y/N) again. "MY IRENE GARROTH JUST SHUT UP! I know what your hinting at!"
Laurence intersects our conversation once more.
"Maybe we should go before this lunatic rips your head off." (Y/N) suggests laughing.
"Sounds good, see you later guys!" I wave to the (H/C) haired girl and my favourite idiot as I turn the corner.
•-Your POV-•
"I'm not a lunatic." Laurence pouts with his muscular arms crossed.
"Awww, did I hort wittwl Wawences feewings?" I cooed, giving him puppy eyes.
He loosened his arm. "Shut up." He blurts out.
Little jokester.
"Hey Laurence, where are we going?" I gaze up at him to make eye contact.
"Getting food, duh!" And with that he pushes the door open of a bright pink shop, the little sign hanging over the door reads 'bakery'. My heart beats rapidly just imagining the delicious food. I skip into the shop, the sweet smells twirl through my nose. I near on faint at the amount of food situated on the numerous counters around the shop. The entirety of this place is pink, roof to floor. Even the cat girl at the register was pink.
"Hi Laurence~Kun, how may Kawaii~Chan help you? Oooo, a new customer! I'm Kawaii~Chan, what is your name? Her high-strung voice catches my attention.
"Oh, hi Kawaii~Chan, I'm (Y/N), it's nice to meet you!" I reply, equally as excited.
"Aww, Kawaii~Chan is happy to meet
(Y/N)~San. May Kawaii~Chan ask where
(Y/N)~San got her ears and tail?" She politely asks.
"Well, I'm from the ender, and the people their are like me, but I came here. I'm pretty much an ender dragon/human hybrid." I didn't give her too much information, it's complicated.
"Wow, well Kawaii~Chan thinks (Y/N)~Sama's dragon features are super cute!" She grins, her cheeks are dusted with pink.
"Aww, thanks Kawaii~Chan!" I blush at her compliment, I don't get many of those.
"Say, does Laurence~Kun and (Y/N)~Sama want anything to eat?" Her head tilts to the side, letting her large cat ear to flop down.
"Yes Kawaii~Chan, something big too, (Y/N)'s stomach hasn't shut up the whole way here."
Laurence looks at me and winks, what has he got in plan?
