I'm kinda making my own storyline, is that okay or not?

•- Your POV (still a kid)-•
"Do it again! Do it again!" Laurence's little crackly voice begs the young Phantom Knight.
The girl was experimenting with her newly established power, purple crystals carpeted the forest floor.
"Ummm, how about..." (Y/N) relaxed her eyes, concentrating her power through her hands, attempting to manipulate the crystals.
"What do you want me to make, Laurence?" She whispered, not trying to dismiss her concentration.
"Hmmm, how about if we start with a...CASTLE!" Laurence bounced in youthful excitement.
"Oh, um, okay...let's see what I can do."
Castle...castleee....cast-le...castle... her mind orbited the word.
The Earth began to vigorously shake beneath the children's feet. Purple magic emerged once again from the crisp morning fog, circling (Y/N)'s miniature hands.
"Come on (Y/N), you can do it!" Laurence reassured her.
She bared her teeth as she noticed that her arms began morphing. Charcoal black scales materialised from her soft freckled skin.
"Wow, what is tha-" Laurence was cut off as
blades, talons of solid amethyst diverged (Y/N) 's knuckles. Blood drooled from the newly formed claws. (Y/N) erupted in a pained cry, as if electric shocks bolted up her arms.
"(Y/N)! LOOK!!"
Her eyes surged open, sending that familiar purple glow to illuminate the crystals that now were levitating in mid air, reflecting from shard to shard. The reflected light created a spiderweb, like constellation between the millions of crystals.
In a split second, the pain evaporated as the levitating purple shards collided together with an explosion of purple smoke.
Darkness....
•-Time Skip to once you woke up-•
"(Y-Y/N), I'm so sorry...I-I didn't want this to happen...I shouldn't o-of pushed you *sniff* to do s-something so d-dangerooous. *sniff*."
A sobbing voice echoed through (Y/N)s dragon-like ears. She unlocked her eyelids to descry a fluffy haired boy. It's Laurence.
His eyes are red, swollen, and flooding with watery guilt.
"L-Laurence...." It was tiring to even speak. Trying to manufacture that castle critically depleted the girls energy.
"You're awake! I'm so sorr-"
"Nope"
"It's my fault, I-"
"Nah"
"(Y/N)! Sor-"
"Ah"
"STOP! I'm trying to apologise!" Laurence loses his composure.
"Well it wasn't your fault! *COUGH COUGH*"
(Y/N) began coughing frantically, a result of her yelling.
"Look, I feel guilty okay? Get some rest (Y/N). I love you."
"Tehee" She giggled with what energy she had left.
"I-I m-mean I-"
"I-I, l-love y-y-you too...Lauuurencee...." (Y/N)'s (E/C) and purple eyes relaxed as her eyelids sealed over.
"Hehe, cutie." Laurence's baby blue eyes disappeared under his eyelids also. Collapsing next to (Y/N), he coiled his arms around her in a protecting manner. She was special to him already, and always will be.
Oh, and her dragon powers were pretty badass too.
