The sisters :

Tanuja Gagodia, Age - 30 - Owner of Mermaid Cafe. Tanuja is the eldest of the five sisters. She is shy, kind and hard-working. She runs her own cafe and is an amazing cook. She has a motherly nature and takes care of all the sisters. She is closest to Maya and only she knows how to calm down Maya. She gets swayed by people's emotions easily and hence they take advantage of her kindness. She is docile, but can be a lioness if it comes to protecting her sisters.

Maya Malhotra, Age - 28 - Owner of Glam Town, a famous fashion industry. She is an amazing artist. She was greatly abused by her parents. The Gagodias, finally unable to watch her suffer more, reported her parents to the police. Maya was to be taken away by the child services, but the Gagodias decided to adopt her. That is why she cares for her sisters and adoptive parents more than her own life. She is quite strict and a perfectionist. She behaves like a cold-hearted person with everyone, but her sisters know that she cares for them.

(Note: Maya won't be a psycho, although she will have some of her beyhadh instincts :-P )

Pragya Gagodia, Age - 27 - Professor at St.Peters College. She is a introverted girl. She wears her heart in her sleeves and has a very soft heart. She is very good academically and was a topper in the university. She speaks very little, but is care-free when she is with her sisters. One bad quality of hers is that she is a day-dreamer. Even a little incident is enough for her to make a complete fairy-tale out of it. She is often seen around Maya as she thinks Maya will be able to defend her from everything.
