Your pov The glass botle smashed against the wall. Quickly i got up and started runing in the direction i knew Howl's castle would be. When i could no longer hear the scraming of my drunk father i stopped to catch my breath. My legs hurt and i feel dizzy. 'Howl, i want Howl!' My face begins to feel wet and i realise that i'm crying. A loud noise gets my atenttion. Looking up i see Howl's castle. Walking trough the door i'm greeted by Calcifer. Calcifer looks shocked at my apperence. My dress is torn in some places, one of my braids is cut off and i'm coverd in bruises. "(Y/n)? What happend to you?" I hear from behind me. Turning around i see Howl looking at me with wide eyes. I jump in his arms crying and sobbing.
Howl's pov
(Y/n) jump in my arms and i hug her protectivly. 'Who would have done this?!' I think angirly while stroking my sobbing (y/n)'s back. "Shh, everything is okey, you're safe, you have nothing to fear." I whisper in her ear. "He tried to kill me, he tried to!" I hear (y/n) mumble, her face buried in the crock of my neck. "You don't have to fear him anymore, you're safe here. You'll always be safe here." I whisper in her hair wondering who he is. My beutiful flower calms down after a while. Hicuping she holds on to me for dear life. I walk up to my room and lay (y/n) on my bed. Just when i was about to turn around a hand gripped mine. (Y/n) looks terrified " Don't leave me!" Sighing i kiss her forehead and say "I'm only getting some water so i can lean your wounds sweatheart. I would NEVER leave you." I kiss her head again before i go to get the water.
Downstairs Calcifer looks at me questioningly. "What happend to (y/n)?" He asked."Someone tried to kill her." I said grimmly."Warm some water." I sit on a chair thinking 'who would hurt her? I mean she spends her days here and goes home at night.' "What if it was her parents." Calcifer says and i look at him. "You're most likely right."
Your pov
I lay there shaking waiting for Howl to come back. The door opens and Howl steps in with some water. He sets it down and sit beside me. Stroking my cheek he ask"Who did this to you?" Howl is looking sad and like he wants to tear something apart. I lean into his touch."My parents, mainly my dad" i whisper. I look at the floor in shame. Sudenly Howl lifts me up and puts me down on his lap. He puts his finger under my shin, forcing me to look at him. "(Y/n) this is NOT your fault! Don't EVER belive that! You're a wounderful, amazing person and the most beutiful girl i've ever met! And......" He kisses my forehead."The love of my life." I blush a deep shade of red. "You love me?" I ask. He nods."Always have, always will" Howl smiles at me. He kisses me again, but this time on my lips. I kiss him back, my hands buried in his blonde locks. Howl's hands travel across my body and i moan in the kiss. Howl starts licking and sucking on my neck, moaning i let my hands explore his back and his chest. Howl bit down on my neck making sure to leave a mark. "Now everyone will know you're mine." Howl whispers huskily. "Howl~" I moan making him chukle.
