Third pov

For days, months, even years people talked about the witch and wizard that had danced together during the kings ball.

The witch and wizard that were two of the strongest magic users in the country.

And some that stood close to Madame Sulliman swore up and down that she had watched them with a smile.

And to the two of them, well, (y/n) guessed that that was when it started.

If you asked Howl it started way before that.

(Y/n) made her way to where she was supposed to meet Howl. Not running this time, thank you very much. She had no intention on meeting another handsome wizard. She liked the one she met last time too much to want to meet another.

"Hello, darling." Howl smiled as he saw her come walking.

"Hi there, handsome." She smiled when she saw that, once again, their clothes matched.

Howl noticed as well and laughed. It made her feel butterflies. "It seems we match this time too."

"Indeed. Come on, i know a place where we can talk." She noted the curious people currently listening in to their conversation.

Howl nodded. "Lead the way, sweetheart."

Time skip

(Y/n) brought him to a field of flowers outside the town. "I come here when the castle becomes too much." She explained as she showed it.

Howl looked around, thinking about his own flower field quite a bit away from here. "It's almost as beautiful as you."

A dark blush covered her cheeks at the compliment. "Madame Sulliman told me you were her last apprentice before me."

"I was. She could be quite... Terrifying, for a lack of a better word."

(Y/n) laughed. "She can be, can't she? I think that's how most see her."

The two talked well into the night, and when the stars came their attention turned to the sky.

Okay guys. I might be able to continue this series of one shots into the movie BUT i will have to change parts of the story one of them being that then Sophie would be nineteen and so would Markl. So they would be a possible couple.
