Truth saying, actually I was super nervous upon meeting lord death himself. I know he has an unusual odd way of speaking. Maybe I should just shrugged. They lead me to lord death front door. I inhaled deeply and turn my gaze to them.

"You'll ve fine (y/n). Lord death is really nice you know." Maka reassures me. I looked at her and smiled a little.

"Well, YOLO. Here goes nothing." I said and took a step front. Karma also does the same. Both of us are foreigners in here so we should introduced ourselves to them. When we are inside, the room is..... White.

"L-lord death?" I asked hesitantly. A black figure came near to us and also a man. I looked at the two of them.

"Lord death." I said and bowed down. Lord death looked at me.

"You know my name?" He looked at me. I look up again.

"You're the grim reaper, lord death. It's a pleasure to know you. And you too, spirit." I said. The man was shocked alright.

"Me too?"

"Lord's death weapon, maka's father." I said. Lord death was amused.

"My my, you sure are knowledgeable about us. May I know who are you and the young man beside you?" He looked at me. I bowed again.

"My name is (y/n) (l/n). And the young man beside me is Akabane Karma. We came from Kunugigaoka Junior High." I said and bowed a bit while pulling karma with me. He did the same as told.

"You are knowledgeable. Seeing now, I think I'm talking to someone who are really special. You're not from here am I right?"

"Yes. I am actualy not from here." I said. He knew what I meant by 'here'.

"I'm sure you would want my help in escaping right?" He looked at me. Silently I nodded. Karma held my hand tightly.

"Escaping? You just got here~ why don't we have a little fun~" He smirked. I sighed and gave him a small smile.

"Hmm, the young man is a pure mundane but he posseses the power and stamina of a meister." Another voice came from our behind. All eyes went to the direction of the voice. I looked at him and sighed.

"Stein, you're on time." Lord death said. I shift my gaze facing him. He looked at me and turn his screw on his head a few times. Karma beside me has already looking a little panic but he didn't really show it so no one notice it.

"You... You posses the power of a meister and a weapon. But you can't transform. However, you have a strong soul, almost equivalent to lord death himself."

"Professor, It's not that-"

"Professor?" He looked at me again.

"Yeah. Professor stein, teaching EAT class, and have the same power like maka. You can channel your own wavelength right? Like blackstar." I said to him. His eyebrows rise up as far as they go. He turn his head and looked at lord death and spirit.

"She is.... Debatable." Spirit said. Stein just nodded.

"What has made two foreigners came here?"

"Apparently one of them needs lord death's help." Spirit added. Stein stayed silent, again. I sighed.

"Sir, I appreciate it but I just need to find a book that can help me." I said. Lord death looked at me again.

"Well I would gladly help on that. Spirit, stein, bring both of them to the death library and gave her access to all the books there. But first, (l/n), I remember, why don't you stay here and just stroll around before you go."

"That's a great idea considering I have a class to attend to." Stein said. I nodded.

"I can slip inside your class for a day. But the students here don't know about me." I said. They chuckled.

"It's fine. I'll back you up." He said and gestured both of us to follow him. Well, we just did what the screw head has to say then. The students are already filling the hallway and my my I can say that whispers are like wildfire here.

"Who's that?"

"Woah, the guy is really handsome."

"Are both of them Japanese?"

"The girl doesn't look like one. She looks, korean."

"But still, they look good together. Both are like a princess and a prince."

"The girl is cute and the boy is handsome. My day has been blessed."

See? I told you karma is a charmer. He just look straight ahead with his cocky look as always. I glanced at him and shook my head and gave a low chuckle. He is sure cocky but handsome.

"Here we are." Stein said. The three of us went inside again triggers the whispers and murmurs.

"Everyone, this is (y/n) (l/n) and the red-haired guy is her-"

"Boyfriend, Akabane Karma." Karma cut stein off.. All eyes went to both of us. I swear you are dead by now if I didn't fall for you Akabane Karma! My face went instantly red.

"Neo..." I said silently. I just shook my head ad lowered it down.

"Don't mind him. Both of them are my friends relatives and my friend asked me to take care of them today. Be nice understood?" Stein said again. All heads nodded and both of us took a seat beside kid and the gang.

"Hey." I said to them. They smiled at me back. We kept on continuing the class. As much as I hate to say, it was really hectic. After the class ends, stein brings me and karma to the death library.

"Here we are. Death library. Don't worry, it's full of latest and old books. You may find it weird, but I hope you will find the comfiness in here. That's it I guess. I hope you would enhance your soul wavelength, because you have quite the potential." He said and smile a little at me. I smiled back.

"Thank you for your hospitality. And tell lord death too thaf I appreciate for everything he has done." I said. He nodded and walked away. I sighed and turned to face the wide wide view.

"Now where should I start?"
