War

   Gabe P.O.V
     It was about 8:30 am in the morning. I woke up before Clem.
 
  She is so pretty.

I got out of bed carefully not trying to wake up Clem.
    I walked to AJ's room and saw that he was awake.
  "Hey little buddy." I said picking him up.
   "Gabe!" Aj said hugging me.
"Lets go get something to eat."
    I walked downstairs to the kitchen and placed Aj on the carpet.
  I was about to open the fridge, but there was a knock on the door.
"Hi, you the new people?" A woman asked.
   "Yeah, why?" I asked.
"I just came by to give you some spaghetti."
   "Oh, thanks."
  "No problem, I better get going and by the way I'm Maggie."
"Gabe, and see you around."
  
   I closed the door and back to the kitchen and put the spaghetti on plates. I was looking for some plates, and a spatula, but when I opened a cabinet I saw Clem walking to the kitchen.
  "Goodmorning." I said and hugged her.
  "Why didn't you wake me up?" Clem said rubbing her eyes.
  "I didn't want to wake up you."
    "What are you making?" Clem asked.

  Third P.O.V
    "I didn't make this but its spaghetti."
  "Don't forget to make a plate for AJ." Clem said.
"I didn't forget about him, ill make this and you could go play with him."
  "Ok." Clem said walking to AJ.

   Clem P.O.V
     I went to sit down with AJ.
   "Hey Goofball, what you drawing?" AJ was drawing. 
   "Cwem." He said pointing at me.
  "Thats cute." I said kissing his cheek.
    Gabe walked in and gave me and AJ  a bowl.
  "Thanks." I said.
     "No problem."

  10 minutes later

     Javi ran in our house and told us that we needed to leave.
   "What is happening?"
  "A group of people came and now Rick and his group are about to go to war, so get your stuff and get ready fast."
     "Ok." Me and Gabe said.
  We grabbed everything we owned. Then I grabbed AJ.
   We started to hear shooting and yelling.
  "We have to go now." I said to Gabe.
"What about Javi?"
    "Gabe we have to go now."
  "What abo-"
    "Gabe we have to go!"
  Gabe looked at the ground then said ok.
 
  We ran outside and saw smoke. AJ started crying.
    "shh, its ok Goofball." I said.
  "Come on, the exit thus way." Gabe said.
     We were almost there until a figure tackled Gabe.
  "Gabe!" I said.

     Gabe P.O.V

        We were almost to the exit but someone tackled me.
   It was Carl.
"What Fuck Carl!" I yelled.
   "Fuck you, Gabe!"
   "He was about to stab me with his knife but Clem kicked it out of his hand and knocked him out.
   "Thanks Clem."
  "No problem, now lets go." She said holding my hand and running.
 
   1 hour later
   
    "C-can we stop now?" I said panting.
  "We have to find a safe place then." Clem said.
    "Im sleepy" AJ said.
"I know Goofball, you can sleep if you want to."
    "I could hold him." I said.
  "You sure you can handle him." Clem said smiling.
  "Clem, just give let me carry him."
"Ok fine." Clem handed me AJ.
    "Gabe!" AJ said while hugging me.
Then all of a sudden we heard a twig snap.
  Clem got out her gun and pointed at the direction we heard it from.
   A girl came out with her hands up.
"I don't want any trouble, I was just about to ask you guys if yall needed a place to stay." She said.
  "How do we know we could trust you?" Clem asked still pointing the gun at the girl.
  "Wait, I know you guys." She said.
Me and Clem looked at each other confused.
    "What? How?" I asked.
  "From elementary school, I'm Becca remember me?" She said.
"And I remember you when my group got kidnapped." Clem said angrily.
   "It wasn't my fault."
  "You made fun of me in elementary and you called me and Sarah names at that fucking place."
  I was about to say something but a woman came out of the woods.
 
"What is going out here?" The woman asked.
   "I was going to ask them if they wanted a place to stay but we shouldn't because of this Asshole."
  "Becca, shut up they have a kid with them to. Sorry about her, we have food,water,and shelter at our place you should come." She said.
  "Could we have a private talk for a minute?" Clem asked.
  "Sure."
Clem grabbed my jacket and pulled my face closer to hers.
   "Gabe, what should we do?" Clem asked.
  "W-what? You usually are the badass one and the smart one, why would you ask me?"
  "You have to make up some decision for a group to." Clem said.
  "Oh, ok." I said pulling away from Clem.
"Ok, we will stay with you but only for a while."
   "Sure, thats ok with me, by the way im Shel."
  "Gabriel, thats Clementine, and thus is AJ."
  "Nice to meet yall."

   10 minutes later

     We got to the place and went to a small little house.
   "Here lets, put AJ in the bed." AJ was asleep in my arms.
  "Ok." I handed him to Clem.
She placed him down and kissed his forehead.
  "Goodnight Goofball."

   After we put AJ to sleep me and Clem went to go sit on the roof.
  "Its so beautiful." Clem said looking at the sunset.
  "Like you." I said I leaned my head closer to her a d was about to kiss her but she stopped me.
"Sorry Gabe, I'm just not in the mood."
   "Oh, ok."

    Third P.O.V

     Gabe looked down and got up.
"Im going to check on AJ." Gabe said leaving Clem.
   "Wait, Gabe." Clem said but he didn't listen.
   "Im just going to stay up here for about 5 more minutes." Clem told herself.

   Gabe went to check on AJ, but he heard a knock on the door. It was Becca.
  "Oh hey." Gabe said.
"Hey."
   "So, what do you want?"
  "I need to tell you something tomorrow."
  "Uh, ok. About what?"
  "Something, important."
    "Uh sure, ok bye."
   "Bye."

   Gabe shut the door and turned around and jumped a little because Clem was standing behind him crossing her arms.
   "What?" Gabe asked.
  "Are you going to really talk to her tomorrow?"
  "I mean, i guess."
    "Why?" Clem asked with a stank face.
   "Why not, she is just a friend."
   "Just a friend?"
      "Clem, you are my girlfriend and will always be the right girl for me."
  "Yeah ok, whatever." Clem said while leaving to go to AJ's room.

   Clem laid on the floor.
  Gabe took off his jacket and rolled it into to a ball and gave it to Clem.
  "What is this for?" Clem asked not even facing Gabe.
  "Use it as a pillow."
"Thanks, I guess." Clem said.
    A little after, they both fell asleep.
