The next morning, Alec woke up alone in bed and sighed. He shouldn't have gotten mad at Magnus last night. He made Magnus sad and not want to sleep with him. He went into the living room and saw the family asleep. He didn't see Magnus. He went to the balcony to get some fresh air and watched the sunrise. He had his bow and arrows. He started shooting them and he didn't hear or see Magnus on the balcony. He felt someone behind him and he shot an arrow at them. He gasped and saw Magnus. Alec said, "Magnus." Alec hugged Magnus and sighed. Alec said, "I'm sorry for getting angry at you last night. It made you not want to sleep with me in the bed."

Magnus said, "That was not the reason why. I came out to watch the stars and fell asleep on the patio couch." Alec hugged Magnus and Magnus kissed Alec's head. Magnus said, "It's okay Alec. Come on."

Alec said, "I am really sorry babe. I shouldn't have gotten mad when you said those things." Alec sighed and sat on the patio couch.

Magnus said, "Alec, you need to trust me more than you do. I won't not ever not sleep with you. You're the best thing that has ever happened to me. Do you want to take a break?"

Alec said, "No. I love you." Magnus smiled and hugged Alec to him. Alec said, "Let's go make breakfast." They went to the kitchen.

Magnus and Alec got to the kitchen and Alec started thinking. Alec was thinking about his life with Magnus and he jumped when Magnus talked to him. Magnus sighed and told Alec to make the pancakes. Alec did and they smiled. Magnus said, "I'm having a party tonight Alec. It'll be here to celebrate our family." Alec nodded and finished the pancakes. Everyone woke up and grabbed something to eat.

Magnus ate a pancake and he started thinking about decorations. He started decorating and smiled. He would decorate some more later.

That night, the party started and they were all happy. They didn't know that there was a warlock there wanting to hurt the family. The warlock put a spell on some of them and made them hallucinate like Alec thinking that he's a killer and Clary thinking that Isabelle kissed Simon. Raphael thinking the same thing and Jace thinking that Lydia kissed Isabelle. Alec decided to go on the roof and think. Lucas followed Alec.

On the roof, Alec stood on the edge and he heard Lucas saying that he's a killer and that he doesn't deserve to live. Lucas instead was yelling at Alec to step off the edge. Lucas yelled "Alec, get down from there. You don't want to jump." Everyone in the loft heard the yell and came running on the roof. Lucas said, "Alec, you're not a killer or murderer. You killed your father on account of treason. Everyone knows that you're not a murderer. Don't jump." Alec took the last step and Magnus yelled. He used his magic and pulled Alec up. He made Alec go unconscious.

Magnus said, "I put him in an unconscious state. Stop yelling at each other." Magnus said a spell and everyone stopped yelling. Magnus said, "Someone put a spell on everyone. Alec got the worst of it because he does feel guilty for killing his father. Come out you warlock." A warlock came out and smirked. Magnus said, "What are you doing Jacob?"

Jacob said, "Hurting your family." Magnus sent him to Idris.

Alec started becoming conscious and he groaned. Jace and the family ran over to him except Magnus. Magnus went to the bedroom and to the bathroom. Alec said, "Where's Magnus?"

Jace said, "He went into the loft to the bathroom. You should talk to him. You were going to kill yourself." Alec ran off the roof and into the loft.

He got to the bedroom and didn't see Magnus in there. He saw the bathroom door closed and knew Magnus was in there. Alec sat on the bed and sighed. He knew Magnus was probably crying in the bathroom. Alec knew that he should leave because everything he does makes people mad or sad. He got up and packed a bag. He didn't see anyone in the living room and he walked out of the loft.
