Chapter 2- My Rescuer

Hey guys sorry I've been updating...I've been having a rough time this past few weeks but I'm back :)

(Y/N) POV
I woke up to someone pushing me down. "Wake up you ungrateful pig and make dinner!" He said as he slammed my bedroom door making me flinch. I wish he wouldn't be like this, I hoped he would go back to how he used to be but...I know he wouldn't.

Sometimes I wish that I could just run away, but I couldn't...not without mom's stuff. He hid them for me not to find.

I sigh as I go to my bathroom and pulled out my razor. I start to cut three clean cuts on each arm. I clean the access blood that dripped off my arm and went downstairs.

I start to cook chicken and rice as I hummed a bit. "Shut the heck up I'm watching TV!" He yells at me as I take him his food. "S-sorry" I say as I put his food on the table for him.

"What is this.." He says in disgust. "I-it's chicken a-and rice." I told him trying to hide my shaken voice. "This is crap" he says as he threw the bowl at me, breaking against my head as my vision became blurry to black as he starts to kick my stomach.

(C/N) POV

I was in my room as I started to hear yelling. I ignored it thinking they were old people... But then came a shatter, that had gotten my attention. I open my window to see a girl on the ground and a man kicking her while glass is everywhere. I jump out my window and hung on a branch until the man left, then I snuck inside.

I looked at the girl and wondered why he treated her like this. I picked her up and went upstairs and finally found her room. I set her on her bed and saw a glimpse of her arm. I rub my fingers along her arm as she flinched a little.

'Dang...this girl has been through something to end up like this' I thought as I heard the front door opened then slammed shut. "Man. Could you slam it any harder" I said yo myself as I sat in the chair and waited for her to wake up.

Hey guys I hope that y'all are loving my story since this is my first book tbh. But I want y'all to know that I'm sorry for not updating more often and that y'all have to wait, but I will try to update as soon as I can.
