Why do people get jealous?

Jealousy is stupid, really.

It consumes us and makes us unhappy.

I don't understand for the life of me why people get jealous.

Everyone wants to change themselves to look, act, or even be, a certain way.

Everyone is jealous of others because they don't think they are good enough...

But the thing is...

Everyone is jealous.

So that person that you are so jealous of is jealous of someone else who is jealous of another person...

It is a whole chain reaction, this stupid thing called jealousy.

For every person that you are jealous of, there are probably ten more that are jealous of you.

Nobody has any reason to be jealous.

Everyone should be happy with who they are and learn to love themselves because there are so many people out there who wish they could be you.

You are perfect the way you are.

Everyone needs to learn that.
