I wait around till my plants grow old,

 the water I feed them

Should be my own.

The food for my cat is hers

 and if only she'd known

that her best friend can't learn

 to leave enough alone.

I'm always awake from loving you

and If I could make it my will,

I'd be bulletproof.

I'd be bulletproof,

and stray away from you.

The clock it chimes the same old sound.

My father heard when

they broke his heart,

Time and time again.

The birds wont sing

I can whistle and pray,

But they just look around

hoping

That I'm okay.

For Mother, who didn't run in the face

of a terrible sound.

Who sat at home

While I clawed my way

out from Hospital Halls.

And I love them so,

I love them so.
