Me and Alya walked out of the bakery side by side . "To the park" she announced drastically . "Fine" I smiled . We walked down the road and to the park . Adrien pov "Why did you do it bro?" Nino asked sitting next to me . I shrugged my shoulders . "Not good enough" Nino said "*Sigh* Chloe said something " I told him . "What did she say?" Nino asked patting my back . "She said something about Mari saying something bad about me " I explained briefly . "Dude . You know not to believe Chloe" Nino told me . I sighed deeply and nodded . "Agreste!" A voice screamed from behind . "Alya" Nino said in a sigh . "Wrong " The voice said from in front . We looked up . Alya stood in front of us . "Then who?" I ask turning around . My jaw dropped as the sight of marinette . Her hair was down framing her face perfectly . She was wearing complete black clothing . A black turtle neck that covered the bruise I gave her . I looked down at her feet . She was wearing knee length black boots . "My eyes are up here !" She exclaimed gesturing me to look up . I looked into her tear filled eyes . "Hi mari, look um I'm sorry about earlier" I apologized to her. "Save it Agreste" marinette announced . "Nino come on . " Alya said to Nino gesturing Nino to follow her . He nodded and walked over to Nino . They walked away but stopped at a fountain so that they could still see us . Marinette pov "Um . Look I really mean it . I am so sorry I didn't want to hurt you " Adrien said . I noticed a single rear slide down his cheek . "Just . Leave me alone Adrien . Do you know that it hurt me in more then one way" I said choking back tears . He looked at me. "I know " He whispered . I turned around and walked back home . I crossed the road and saw something black and red on the pavement next to the curb . I crouched down and examined the object . It was a small pocket knife .

"Just my luck" I thought aloud . I looked around to see if anyone was about . After seeing that the coast was clear I picked up the knife and put it in my trouser pocket .
