Edward was waiting for her at the Cyber Café since 4:40pm because he wanted to be extra early, just in case. When the hour finally came, Edward was at the table, scrolling through his Facebook news feed.

“Mr. Grey,” he heard a feminine voice say. He looked up to see a blue eyed, smiling Isabella. “Is this seat taken?” She asked and he quickly smiled

“Not at all, love,” she smiled and sat down. He put his phone away and while Isabella hung her purse on the back of the seat, he placed a white rose on the table. When she turned around, she caught sight of the white rose and a bright smile formed on her perfect pink lips.

“I hope you like roses,” he said.

“I don’t like them,” she said and his smiled disappeared.

“I didn’t—” he started.

“I love them. They’re actually my favorite,” she interrupted. She smiled and winked at him. He let out a sigh of relief and smiled at her.

“Would you like coffee or tea?” He asked her.

“Tea please,” she said with a smile.

“Would you like toast with your order ma’am?” She chuckled and nodded.

“Well of course, sir, I would love some toast with my order,” they both chuckled.

“Coming right up, Ms. Anderson,” he winked at her, got up from his seat and made his way to the counter.

“Hi! What will it be?” The young brunette asked.

“One coffee, one tea and two toasts, please,” he said. The young brunette smiled and nodded.

After Edward paid, the brunette gave him a food tray with his order.

“Thanks,” he smiled at her as he picked up the food tray.

“No, thank you,” she said and winked at him. Edward blushed, turned around and quickly headed to where he and Isabella were seated.

“Here’s your order, miss,” he smiled at her and handed her tea and a plate with toast on it.

“Thank you,” she smiled.

“You’re welcome,” he said, “I’ll be back in a second; I have to return the tray.”

“Okay,” she smiled, “hurry back.”

“Will do,” he nodded.

He rushed over to the counter and returned the tray. He quickly headed back to the table and sat down. Isabella looked at Edward and smiled while taking a sip of her tea.

“What?” He asked as he furrowed his eyebrows, wondering why she was looking at him like that.

“I like you,” she started, “you’re really nice and funny,” she smiled and took, yet another, sip of her tea. Edward smiled.

“You think so?” He asked.

“Of course, if I didn’t I wouldn’t be here in the first place. I mean, I barely know you, you asked me out and I said yes. This is something I never do, but when you asked me if we could meet up here, something pushed me onto saying yes,” she stated.

“I can make that change, you know,” he said as he took a sip of his coffee.

“Make what change?” She asked with a questioning look on her eyes.

“I can make the fact that we barely know each other change,” he finished his coffee and stood up. “Let’s start over,” he took her hand and pulled it near his face, “my name’s Edward James Grey and it’s a huge honor to meet you,” he kissed her hand and sat down. He could see a hint of pink on her cheeks and a small smile on her lips.

“I’m Isabella Anderson and it’s a lovely pleasure to meet you,” she said with a smile on her lips and still hints of pink on her cheeks.

After four hours, two coffees, two teas, three toasts, a brownie, an orange juice, a soda, thousands of questions, hundreds of laughs, many smiles, many confessions, hundreds of secrets being revealed, after all that and more, they finally decide to go… and only because it was closing time.

“I was right about you,” she said as he held the door open for her.

“You were right about what?” He asked as he let go of the door for it to close on its own.

“When we first talked, I found you really sweet, nice and funny,” he smiled “and a bit immature,” his smile disappeared and his mouth was left wide open, she shrugged and chuckled. He closed his mouth and smiled.

“Well I was right about you from the start too. You’re as beautiful and sweet as I imagined you were,” she blushed and looked down.

Edward took a step closer and slowly raised her face with his hand. His hand remained on her cheek.  Both his and her eyes were shining brightly under the moon light, her smile was bright and his was perfectly formed on his lips. He carefully and softly rubbed his thumb over her cheek. Edward leaned in for a kiss. When their lips were only inches away from one and other, Isabella’s phone started ringing. Both Edward and Isabella chuckled. Edward rested his forehead on hers. He opened his eyes, he kissed Isabella’s forehead and took a step back. He looked at her smiling; she looked at him smiling as well.

“I should really take this,” she chuckled and he nodded. She answered her phone. After a few minutes, she finally hung up. “It was my mom,” she informed him.

“I kind of noticed,” she smiled and so did he.

“I have to go,” she said and his smile quickly disappeared.

“You’re not walking there, are you?” She nodded. “Oh heck no, you’re not walking to your house all alone at this time at night, let me walk you there, please,” he made a puppy dog face that caused her to giggle.

After about 20 or 30 minutes, they finally reached her house. He walked her to her balcony. She hugged him tightly for a few seconds, and then pulled back without letting go of him. Her arms remained around his neck and his arms remained around her waist. Edward, once again, leaned in for a kiss, this time their lips touched. Both of them pulled back slowly from the kiss and rested their foreheads on the other one’s forehead. They whispered a ‘goodnight’ to one and other and after they let go of each other, she entered her house. Edward made his way back to his home with a bright smile on his face.
