Chamber of Secrets has Been Open

Krestena's POV

Today the twins stole the ingredients I needed from Snape cupboard and I'll start making the potion tomorrow in my secret room. Though you probably know it is the 'come and go room' or it's more common name 'the room of requirement'. I found it by accident a few days ago. Also my punishment is finally over and Madame Pomfrey says I can brew potions now, just not alone.

Anyway it is finally Halloween and I finally get to taste this amazing feast Uncle Remus is always telling me about. While Harry, Hermione and Ron were going to Nearly Headless Nick's death day party. So I sat next to George as we discussed the prank. I noticed Ginny leave early, but thought nothing of thinking she just had to go to the loo.

"So who's going to dress up as Dumbledore?" Fred asks in a whisper.

"I'll do it" George and I state then we all chuckle.

"Why not have a competition" Fred suggests.

"I'm listening" I tell him and George nods his head in agreement.

"Well we have a month until the prank is ready, so why not do a bunch of small pranks and whoever does the best gets to be Dumbledore" he explains.

"Deal" George and I state shaking hands. Just then desert appears and I grab chocolate along with sugar quills. But I had never seen such a variety of sweets for desert before. No wander Uncle Remus liked it so much, because of all the chocolate. We were all eventually full and start heading to our dorms along with most of the school.

But we all stopped when we saw the golden trio looking at a message on the wall, which was written in blood. Along with a petrified Mrs Norris stuck to an unlit torch. Draco then made a comment about Muggle borns and I plan on hit him later. Just then the teachers arrived when Filch went to strangle Harry saying he'd killed Mrs Norris.

Dumbledore told the prefects to lead their houses back to their dormitories and asked the trio to remain behind. "Ok, we need to do this prank as soon as possible" I tell the twins as we sat in their usual corner. They give me a confused look. "If someone else other then the cat gets petrified, everyone will need cheering up" I explain.

"True and all the small pranks will also help them" Fred adds.

"Guys I'm going up to see Ginny" I tell them and went up to the girls dorm rooms. When I reached her room she was on the floor unconscious by a black note book. "Ginny are you ok? Wake up" I say shaking her shoulder until she opened her eyes. When she rolled over I noticed some feathers on her robes along with red substances on her fingers.

"What happened?" she asks looking around then spots the note book and her eyes go wide in fright. "Please tell me, I didn't do it" she states crying and I pull her into a hug. "I never wanted to hurt anyone, I just wanted a friend" she sobs.

"I'm your friend Ginny, now tell me want do you last remember" I tell her gently.

"The feast, then I felt something take over me" she starts. "I strangled Hagrid's roosters and then" she starts sobbing uncontrollably. "It was me Krestena, I killed Mrs Norris and wrote that message" she states.

"You had no control Ginny and Mrs Norris is only petrified" I assure her. "Besides when the mandrakes are fully grown, Professors Sprout and Snape will make a potion to revive Mrs Norris" I explain. "Now do you have an idea of want possessed you?" I ask and she looks at the note book.

I snatched it up and opened it to see nothing written inside it. So I looked at the back for the name of the original owner. "Tom Marvolo Riddle, why does that name sound familiar?" I ask myself. "Ginny how does this thing work?" I ask her.

"Just write in it and Tom writes back, he used to be sweet before we came to school" she sniffles. So I went over to a desk getting a quill and ink bottle. "Want are you doing?" she asks scared.

"Don't worry Ginny, you are not alone anymore" I tell her smiling.

Why are you hurting Ginny? I wrote.

She is my friend, who is this? Tom wrote back.

Who I am is not your concern, but know if you ever posses Ginny again. I will ensure you can hurt no one ever again I wrote.

Ginny want let anything happen to me, I am her best friend. Besides she doesn't care want I do to her or she'd get rid of me herself Tom states.

Mark my words Tom Riddle, if you make her kill another animal or write another message in blood. You'll be gone I write before slamming the book shut. "Ginny this person was obviously in Slytherin, he can't be trusted. No matter want he's told you" I tell her sternly. "Now I can only help you so much, it's up to you to fight him with your mind or he may make you hurt someone" I state.

"I'll try to fight, I promise thank you Krestena" she says giving me hug.

"Now you've had a long night, clean yourself up and go to bed" I state and she nods her head. Once she was in bed I left the room and return to mine. Hermione was already asleep when I entered the room so I got ready for bed quietly. Before climbing into bed and dreaming of a black/dark brown dog family with two parents with their little pup.
