Ok so frist off I'm sorry if I do offend anyone, this is not to make funny of people with mental disabilities. The way Kai acts is how this kid I know you as extreme autism. So don't come after me if you get offended in anyway.
Lloyd's POV
I was walking to my help class. It's not because I have a mental disability or somthing, it's because I used to live in Japan and I'm still learning English. I couldn't really speak a lot of English, I know the basics like Hello and how are you. But that's not enough. I opened the door to my help class and saw someone was sitting in my seat. He had spiky hair and was taller than me and also had hazel eyes. He was fidgeting with a red ball in his hand. I went to the teacher and pointed at my seat. I didn't say anything because I didn't know how. She said in Japanese "that's Kai he is a new student, I told him, he could chose where he wants to sit, how about you sit next to him ok". I did as I was told and sat next to him. He looked at me and than looked away quick. "Hello me Lloyd, you are?" I tried to say it as good as I could in English. He gigged a little, "Kai, you talk funny". I gave him a blank look "English not to good". "Japanese" he said, rolling the ball a little on the table. I just nodded and than he said "Why you are here? Japanese". How dose he know? I looked at him and said "yes, why are you here?". Saying the same thing as him because I didn't know what else to say. He looked down at the ball he was playing with, that said "autism". What's that? I turned to the teacher and asked "What's autism?". She looked at me and said in Japanese "autism is a mental disorder, where the person will have a hard time processing things, like reading". I nodded that turned back to Kai. I gave him a smile. He smiled back, than roled the ball to me. I roled it back at him. We roled it back and forth, until class start.
After class, time to go home. I was about to start walking home, when I heard a cry. "STOP!" The person cried again. I know that voice, Kai. I ran in the direction of the crys, and saw two people beating up Kai. I yelled "Hey!" at them making them turn. "Lloyd!" Kai yelled looking at me from the floor where he layed. "Will isn't Ching chon, himself" one of the said making fun of my culture. "Hey you can't call him that, he's only haft Jap remember" the other said elbowing the other. I ran up to them, fist flying. I was able to hit one in the face and I kicked the other in the balls. They ran away, they talk a big game but when the going gets ruff they run. I went over to Kai who was in a ball. I taped him on the shoulder. He screams "stay away!". Poor little thing it's his first day and this happens. "Kai it's me" I said in a clam voice. He turned his head and gave me a smile. I returned the smile and helped him up. "They called me a re#$&*" said point at the tuning away bullies. I know what that word means, and it's not good. "Yeah but you are not" I told him, telling him the same thing the teacher told me when I got called it. We walked out of the school I saw a car outside. It was a black Mustang, it was beautiful. A older boy got out of it and ran up to us. "Kai what took so long, did you get distracted" the boy said with concern. It was at this time, I looked at the boy's features. He had swooped down black hair that was a little curly and had dark green eyes. " bullies, Lloyd saved me" Kai said with a smile on his face. The boy look at me and said "thanks so much, is there anything we can do to repay you". I looked down at the black Mustang than back at him
" I not like walking home" I said looking back at the Mustang. "Ok then by the way I'm Cole" he said putting his hand out. I shock it and said "Me Lloyd, me English not to good". As we were walking to the car, Kai said "Japanese" and pointed at me. Cole looks at me and gives me a weird look "You don't look Japanese". I roled my eyes "I half Japanese, half American". We got in to the car, Kai was in passenger, I was in the back and Cole was driving. Cole made a true and said "I'm going pick up my girlfriend from her school, if that's fine". I said yeah, then looked at my phone, there was a text from my every every over protective brother. He gets it from dad and mom, and it would be them if they didn't still live in Japan. The text in Japanese, because I can't read English that will, said:how close are you to home, your five minutes later than you supposed to be. Told you he was over protective. I texted back in Japanese because he can speak or read English: I'm getting a ride from some one I will be later than I'm supposed to but don't worry. He texted back with a ok and that if I'm not home by 7:00, he's going to call the police. I keep telling him to stop being so over protective but I can see why he is because mom and dad are a whole sea way. Me being his little brother he dosen't want me to get hurt.
We pulled up to this school, there was a girl with wave brown hair and bright brown eyes was waiting for us. She ran up to the car and got in the back. "Hey Cole, why were you late today?" She asked them turned her head and noticed me "Hey who are you?". I looked at her "me Lloyd, me English not good". She looked at me weird at first but than said "hmmm your accent, I recognize it......", she paused ".....um Japanese but there something else". I just told her that I'm haft Japanese and haft American. Kai looked back at me, his eyes filled with wonder. He didn't say anything so I did "what?". Kai giggle a little "accent cute". I looked down from him and blushed a little, no one notice I hope.
We have been driving for about 20 minutes. Kai was sing to a song. Cole and his girlfriend were laughing at him. I was just smiling, he's the cutest thing. I know I only know the kid today but, I feel like I knew him for ever. I looked Cole back at Cole he was smiling at his brother, than looked out the front window and got a face of horror. I looked out the front, there was a car heading right for us. Cole got in front of Kai, yelling "EVERYBODY GET DOWN!!!!".
All what I remember is the car smashing in to the front of the car. Then something hit me in the head then everything went black. But right before it did I heard Kai yell "LLOYD!!!!".
Oh what will happen I hope I fine out that be cool. If you guys have any suggestions I up to make them if I like them. Bye
