"Mom!" I screamed when I saw her waiting outside the surgery room.
I ran up to her, breathing heavily.
"Please, tell me he's okay."

"I don't know yet. They will inform us soon, hopefully."
I looked around, my eye lids heavy, stress wouldn't allow me to sleep last night. I could hear my heart pumping fast. What if he wasn't okay? What if I lose him?

A man walked out of the room, who I assumed was a doctor. He looked at us. His eyes full of horror, but I was too busy thinking about Andy, to notice this at first.

"Are you here for Andy?" he asked. He was shaking so bad.

"Yes!" I heard his mother's voice from the other side. Her eyes were red and puffy from crying and her voice raspy. Andy's father hugged her tighter and they both walked near the doctor.

"He's okay." the doctor said and his mother almost screamed in joy. But the doctor seemed scared, even though he shared happy news about Andy. "You can visit him in a bit. But when he wakes up, make sure that not many people are in the room. He needs a peaceful environment to wake up to" he took a deep breath and continued "or else, he might react badly."

Everyone ignored the last phrase, but I didn't.

The doctor walked away and three more came out of the room.

I noticed blood on their uniforms; strange. It was a lot. I shivered at the sight, but then realised that it might have been a really difficult surgery. He was in there for a long time, plus, he previously lost a lot of blood.

"Can I go in first?" I said without actually meaning what I just asked. I wasn't ready to do this.

Miss Amy gave me a small smile. "Are you sure you want to see him now? He might not look that good..."

"Yes I am." Why did I just say that.

She nodded and I slowly and hesitantly walked to the room. I pushed the door open, trying my best to stay quiet.

I gasped; he was there, he was safe.

I got closer to him and sat on the chair by his side. I felt a smile forming on my lips as I was examining his characteristics on his peacefuly sleeping figure.

He didn't look damaged at all.
His skin was flawless as if it was made of porcelain. His black shoulder-lengthed hair, was up in a messy bun that was once neat, before the car accident happened.

No bruises, no wounds. His exposed skin looked just perfect.

I hesitantly put my hand on his, in an attempt to hold it and caress it. It was really cold. I mean Andy's hands were always kinda cold, but not like this...

I almost jumped, when I felt his hand moving. I looked up at his face. His eyes, slowly opened, trying to adjust to the room's white lights. He inhaled deeply and looked around, till his gaze met mine. He didn't say a thing, his eyes just piercing mine.

"Andy", I smiled at him.

He sat still, he looked dizzy just by the way he was trying to focus on items around him.

"Andy, talk to me."

He turned once again and stared at me. His lips finally parted in an attempt to speak.

"Leave" he said. What?

"I said leave, please" he repeated.

"No, why would I leave you, what the hell?"

He teared up, and slightly opened his mouth, only to allow blood spill from it. I instantly screamed being unable to understand why his mouth was full of blood.

"Leave" he whispered.

"What is this..." I backed away, almost hitting myself against the wall.
"Are you okay?"

"Don't tell anyone" he cried "just leave, go home."
He suddenly threw up blood all over his bed sheets. I jumped looking at him with wide eyes, trying to cover my open mouth, ready to scream.

"Oh my God" I grabbed some paper I found next to him and cleaned up his face.

He couldn't stop crying, a state I wasn't used to seeing him in.

"Can you explain to me what's going on" I said as I cleaned up the last blood-covered part of his lips with my shaking hands.

"Nothing is going on, just go home. Do as I say."

I got up and threw the paper away.

"I don't know when I'm going to be back home..." he whispered between sobs.

"Maybe you should sleep Andy" I tried my best not to show how scared I was this time and how shocked I still was by what I had just witnessed.

"I'm so thirsty Belle."

I grabbed a bottle of water and put it near to his lips so he could drink without moving.

He spat it quickly, making a face of disgust.

"What's wrong?" I glanced up at him, concerned.

"I don't want to drink this."

"But you are thirsty."

"I just don't want to drink this. I'm not thirsty for this."

I frowned "It's nothing, but water, Andy."

He closed his eyes for a bit, eyebrows furrowing, like he was trying to concentrate on his thoughts.

"Run." he simply said.

"What-"

"Go away now!" he screamed so loudly that I fell of the bed, trying my best to crawl to the door as fast as I could.

Last thing I saw, was Andy screaming in pain and ripping off his bedsheets.

"Hey, wake up", someone whispered.

A/N: More of a horror story than simply just a love story + hopefully I'll keep updating this one and won't get bored of it
