"Come on (Y/N)" Yamaguchi said, bringing you to his house.
"Wow, Yamaguchi. You're really excited this anniversary!"
"Well it's our first one! Of course I am!" You both laugh, entering the home of your boyfriend.
The freckled male closed the front door, both of you taking your shoes off.
"Where's your parents?" You asked.
"Ah, they're on a date today." He answered you.
Before you could reply, he intertwined your hand with his, going up the stairs immediately.
"Come on now, let's hurry." You both entered his room.
"Sooo, what's the surprise?" You plopped down on his bed, smiling at him. But the weird thing was, he wasn't smiling back like before.
"Um, what's wrong?"
Yamaguchi took a deep breath.
"(Y/N)...The surprise is..." He sighed. ""The surprise is I want to break up with you."
What? Why, why would he want to do that?
"W-what? Break up? You're joking..right...?" You said faking a laugh, but deep down, you knew Yamaguchi would never joke about this.
"I-i have an explanation..."
"So you really are..." You couldn't continue the sentence, tears running down your face wondering why he would want to break up. Why he would want to break up on your. own. Damn. Anniversary.
"You see... My parents told me that I needed to find someone to be with for at least a year. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find anyone, but in perfect timing you came and confessed to me. That's why I accepted you right away." He explained.
"So clearly..." You started. "This whole time... YOU LIED TO ME!?" Tears were going down your face nonstop.
"Y-yes..." Yamaguchi was biting his lip.
You looked at him, betrayal in your eyes. You were mad. You're own "boyfriend" was just a phony who used you. Just like everyone else.
What Lind of man would lie to you for a reason like that? At least try to gain feelings, right!?
You stormed off the room slamming the door on the process.
"WAIT, (Y/N)! I WANNA APOLOG-" Yamaguchi couldn't finish his sentence as you cut him off.
"If trusting men like you leads me to this again and again..."
