Chapter 5

A/N: Hey guys, although I appreciate the love for the stories and characters, please realize that I am trying to update as fast as I can. I have midterms the next two weeks, which means I won't have as much time to write, and if I do it is not as much to write a full chapter. I will update when I can and when the chapter is finished. Chapter 5

"Okay... you have the blueprints of Titans Tower?" Dick asks via the microphone and radio in his mask.

"Yep," I say from the comforts of the office chair in the Batcave, lightly spinning the chair as I connect my latest project to the Batcomputer. When my drive/projector is connected, it will create a virtual Tower out of the blueprints, cameras, motion detecors, and the camera in Dick's mask. Basically, it's a hologram projector. 3... 2... 1... "Ah!!!" I squeal in delight as the giant T appears in front of my face.

"What? What's so 'ahhh'?"

I laugh at his immitation of my voice, "Techy stuff, and I do not sound like that."

"Pretty close, though."

"Don't make me fly out there..."

"Please, you don't even know how to fly the Batplane."

"Betcha I can figure it out faster than you could."

"Techies..." He mumbles.

"I'm sorry, do you want to walk into a trap and not save your team? Cause I can totally just go back home and sleep-"

"No! I'm sorry, I'm sorry, please I bow down to your big techy brain."

"Thank you... I've hacked into the mainframe at Titans Tower. The cameras are still up and running, so listen for me to give you the okay to move."

"Gotcha..." I watch as his tracker, which is displayed on the projection as the dark blue symbol on his chest, nears the Tower. Before he can be spotted by the cameras, I hack into the feed and overlay video from the hours before, so Dick is not seen, "Coming up to the Tower."

"I know, Dick, tracking your every move."

"Forget Big Brother, it's Big Sister you've got to watch out for."

"Ha ha... very funny..."

I look around on the landscape of the island, the security camera pathways are shown with an orange triangular beam, clearly showing me when the gaps are so Dick can sneak through.

"So... what now?"

"Wait and duck behind those bushes. The camera has to turn the other way..." I watch as he ducks behind the bush just as the orange beam passes by. Phew... close one. There is another camera he has to sneak past further ahead, but luckily there is a tree a few feet up that is out of range of the first camera that he can hide behind. "Okay, when I say go, run to the tree and stand behind it."

"Gotcha, Batgirl."

The first camera starts to turn away as the second slowly starts its path towards the tree.

"Go!"

The orange just misses his symbol as I watch him pause at the tree as the second camera's beam just hits the tree.

"Phew, nice job, Grayson, just one more camera left, then we have to deal with the inside ones."

"Any idea how I'm getting in?"

"Looking..." I scan the model and modify the colors using the computer, making any and all exits appear bright yellow. There's the door, but that would be too obvious and the cameras don't turn away from it. I notice a yellow square on the wall nearest to Dick. The vents!! I quickly access the blueprint and make the ventilation tubes appear green so I can see them. "How do you do in small spaces?"
