Just a dream

A dream

Antis POV

I'm in a bright room. Every ones warring ball gowns and masks. I'm spinning someone's holding my hand.
She's beautiful we're dancing and  spinning to music and her smile is perfect.
She moves to the music like it was made for her.
Then she turns and leaves. I'm spinning looking for her and running to where ever I think I hear her. But there are so many people I lose her.

I sit up and sigh after the same dream happens again. Something hits the side of my head and I grab it to see it's my t-shirt. "Get the hell up dork" my friend dark yells from the other side of my room. I really hate that stupid dream and that girl. I think about her 24/7 and I don't even know her. I rub my eyes and put my shirt on.
"Hey dude you ok? You've got that look again and you eyes are glowing" Mark said making me jump i did t know he was still standing there. I fix my eyes and look up at him and say "yeah I'm fine dude just had a bad dream" dark nods and leaves me to my thoughts.
I wonder if she's real or what her name is or if she can really dance like that.

I sigh and get up. I meet Dark at the door and we head out. We step out into the busy street full of Demons. (P.s. their in the demon world right now)
I look around at the lower leveled demons. Me and Dark are high levels but I know a few low levels so I don't mess with them. But Dark on the other hand goes out of his way to be a dick to everyone below him.
He pushes a few people out of his way as we walk to the portal that takes us to the human world. Yeah we can just teleport but Dark likes to let every one know we're going because only high levels get to.
We cross over and we're in a forest.
"So what's the job?" I ask while looking around. Me and Mark pick up small jobs to do stuff for people like catching runaway criminals or killing someone for side money or just to pass the time.

"We're supposed to catch and bring back a mid level demon that killed the kings
play thing and field to this world . But it should be an easy job I think we'll be fine" Dark said. I nodded and started to walk. Then a loud grumble like an earth quake started and a land serpent shot out of the grown just inches away from me. I jumped back about 20 feet and grabbed dark as we hid behind a large rock "that is no mid level demon" I said to Dark as he tried to catch his breath from. With f scared to death.
I came out from behind the rock and saw the serpent coiled up but shot up and faced me. I brought my green flames into my hands and shot them at the serpent to distract it while Dark kept behind it and trapped it with his shadows. But the serpent broke free easily and hissed at me. It lunged forward and used its metal like skin to cut in to my side deeply. I was hurt and couldn't do much. I searched for Dark and saw him cornered by the portal. The portal was his only way out.
But if he went through it I'd be left behind and left for dead as the portal closed. I shouted for Dark to go and I thought I saw tears in his eyes knowing I would die. I just shot a flam at the serpent to distract it then smiled at Dark as he fled.

Now that he was gone I had to take care of this by myself. Then hide somewhere till I healed. I closed my eyes and excepted this as my last day and I thought of the girl in my dreams as I began to fight the serpent.
Then I noticed it was injured by his head and that was my opening I grabbed a nearby branch and stabbed it into its wound and it brain killing it.

After that I walked for awhile looking for somewhere to hide but found nothing. I collapsed against a tree and my vision started to blur. Then I heard an oh so familiar voice. "Hey are you alright? Your bleeding."

I used my last bit of strength and looked up at her. It was her the girl I saw every night for 4 years.
I found her.
