Fuck it list...

"So you're just sitting in the camper." I nod my head. "I'm just gonna sit here and wait for you guys to return." Elton looks at me with worrisome eyes. "I'll be fine. You guys go. Have some fun." Colby sits down on the sofa next to me. "I'll stay here with her. Keep her company." I look at him, my eyes widening. Elton shrugs, "Alright. Call me if anything happens though." Elton says pointing at us like we're little kids. "Okay Uncle Elton!" Colby says pushing him out the door.

Colby closes the door and locks it. "I don't trust people." He mumbles simply. I nod my head at him. He sits down at the other side of the table and rests his elbows on the table.

"Want to play twenty questions?" I ask. Colby shrugs. "Alright." He leans back against the back of the sofa.

"I'll go first. What's the craziest thing you've ever done?" He asks. I think about it for a second. "Probably that time when I skydived without a parachute." I answer. Colby's eyes widen. "What?! Would you be dead?!" I laugh hysterically and he chuckles. "I was just kidding. Everything I've done is pretty crazy. I can't really pick one."

"Okay.... hmmm.... what's your favourite animal?" I ask. "Koalas! 🐨" I chuckle at his enthusiasm. "Pandas for me. 🐼" I answer the same question. It was now Colby's turn. "Why didn't you want to go paddle boarding?" He asked. My eyes drop to look at the table. I gulp nervously. "I... uh.... I don't.... I'm... Why didn't you go? Why did you say here with me?" I ask trying to avoid the question. Colby's cheeks flush pink and I bite my lip to suppress a smile. "I.... uh.... umm.... I didn't want you to feel lonely or bored." He replies avoiding my gaze. "Now you answer my question." My face pales and I start to fidget with my hands again. "I'm.... I'm afraid of the ocean..." I say quietly. Colby's eyes widen. He frowns and raises an eyebrow.

"Why?" He asks.

"Why does it matter?" I ask suddenly feeling angry.

"It doesn't. I was just curious." He says.

"Well, it's none of your business."  I retort. I stand up roughly from the table.

"I'm sorry!" He shouts.

I ignore him and march over to the bathroom. The only place I can get away from him.

Ugh! Why did he have to be so pushy!

Why is he so hot?

Damnit I'm mad at him!

Thoughts storm through my brain. He didn't have to keep pestering me about it. Well, I guess he was just asking a simple question. I just wish he hadn't have asked that question, but I shouldn't be mad at him for that, he was just curious.

I sigh to myself and unlock the bathroom door. I take a deep breath before I open the door. Colby is standing outside with his fist in the air, mid knock. I smile shyly at him. He drops his hand and rubs the back of his neck.

"Look, I'm sorry for asking." I shake my head, "No I'm sorry for blowing up on you." I wrap my arms around my body.

"Hug it out?" Colby asks hopefully. "Okay." I say with a smile. I wrap my arms comfortably around Colby's waist. Colby rests his arm around my shoulders.

Right when we were about to pull away the door to the camper opens.

"Guys! I wanted to–" Elton's words trail off when he sees us. I quickly push Colby away from me and chuckle dryly. Elton's eyes widen slightly, then a smirk takes over his lips. "What's happening here?" He asks crossing his arms and leaning against the doorframe. "We got into a little dispute, but we're all good and friendly again." Colby explains. His voice sounds calm but he is fidgeting around with his hands.

"Yeah, a little too friendly. Keep your hands, legs, arms, and feet where I can see them." Elton says raising an eyebrow. I huff and cross my arms over my chest. "Fine. I guess I won't hug you either." I glare at him. Elton chuckles. "Come on, I wanted to show you guys something.

I reluctantly follow my brother out of the camper. I can see the ocean already and my blood runs cold. I stop in my tracks and Elton stops with me.

"It's okay, Casey. You're going to be a safe distance away from the water." I slowly nod my head. Elton takes my hand in his and starts edging forward again. In no time my feet come in contact with the sand.

"Okay you got me out here. What is it." Elton stays silent, a smile slowly taking over his lips. He points out to the water and I turn my head to look. Far out in the blue water I can see a few sliver fins peeking up. At first I think it's a bunch of sharks, that is, until, the 'sharks' leap out of the water.

"Dolphins. They're dolphins!" I exclaim. I watch as the creatures continue to leap from the water. Some of them blow water out of their blowholes. They were beautiful. I watch in awe, until I realised that Elton had been slowly pushing me forward while I was distracted. Next thing I know my feet touch something wet and cold.

I scream when I see that I'm standing in the ocean. I quickly run out of the shallow water. I'm standing on the beach again. I feel my body violently shaking.

"Elton!" I scream at him. I'm literally on the verge of tears. He has no idea how much I'm actually scared of the ocean. I can't stop the small tear that slips out of my eye. I wipe it away and trudge my way back to the camper. If he thinks he's sleeping in the bed tonight, he's got another thing coming. But where am I gonna make him sleep? He can't sleep with Corey because even Corey doesn't have that much room anyways. He can't sleep with Sam and Colby because, well they take up the room with the both of them let alone three of them.

I get back to the camper. I get inside and see Corey and Sam. I wave at them. Colby comes into the camper behind me and I quickly lock the door. The guys stare at me like I've got three heads. I lock the drivers door and the passenger door so that Elton has no way to get back in.

"Elton was being an asshole." I explain crossing my arms. I hear someone bang on the door. "Who is it?!" I yell. I draw back the curtains and smile sweetly at Elton through the window. "Casey! Open the door! I'm sorry!" I stick my tongue out at him. I contemplate my bargain. "I will let you in, but you are not sharing the bed with me." I yell back to him. His eyes widen. "Then where am I sleeping?! 'Cause I sure as hell am not sleeping on the floor!" He yells through the door. And on impulse this is how I respond, "You won't be sleeping on the floor! You'll be sleeping with Sam!" Elton takes a minute to register my words, before his eyes widen even more. "Are you saying that you'll be sharing the bed with Colby?!?!" He tries to yank on the door handle again. I bite my lip. I turn around and look at the others. Colby's eyes are wide. Sam had a smirk on his face and Corey is covering his wide open mouth with his hand. "I guess I am." I say back. I unlock the door and step aside, letting Elton in.

Elton crosses his arms. "Get driving, mate. Time is ticking." I point to the front, before I turn my back on him and walk to the bathroom. I lock the door and lean against it. I hear Colby's voice. I press my ear to the door to try and hear what's being said.

"What the hell?!" Elton exclaims. I can imagine Colby with his still shocked expression. "I don't know!" I hear Colby shout. I hear Elton walk closer to the door. He pounds his fist against it. "I know you're not using the bathroom!" He shouts. I unlock the door and open it. "Yes? Welcome to The Bathroom. How may I help you?" I ask as though I worked at a store. "You are not sharing a bed with Colby." Elton says. I cross my arms. "Well I'm not sharing it with you." I retort. Elton huffs angrily. I glare right back at him. "You brought this on yourself." I say matter-of-factly.

"Is anyone else confused by what's happening right now?!" Corey speaks up. I bite my lip to suppress my laugh. Elton stares into my eyes, searching them. Then he realises his defeat and backs down.

"Fine. Tonight Colby and I will switch places to sleep. But only for tonight!" He nearly shouts. I cringe at that.

I'm sharing a bed with Colby tonight. I should have thought this through.
