"You're sure that this girl in the mask didn't know our target?"

"Absolutely, sir. But there was no way I could challenge her. That was our fastest man. If he couldn't outrun her, nobody can. He only got thirty feet." He replied.

"You were his backup. Could you snipe the girl?"

"It would have given away my location, maybe even all of ARSON," He flinches back, as if expects punishment for these words.

"Then could you at least stop the girl in the future?" The first man, the leader, growls.

"I think she was just in the right place to stop him there. She had been shopping. She wasn't there to stop him on purpose."

"Anything unusual you noticed about her?"

"She was wearing a mask." He suggested.

"Bah! Lots of mask-wearers downtown. This footage you took, watch it closely." The leader and the man turn to a screen behind them, which plays a clear video of the attempted robbery. In it, the girl in the mask comes out of the store and immediately turns towards the masked man, making it obvious from her body language that she is completely alert. The man pulls the bag off a woman's arm, the woman's indignant shout just a second before the masked girl tosses her bag and runs after the robber. The camera shifts, following their chase down the street. It shows the girl running at superhuman speeds, then dashing in front of the robber, causing him to crash into her. Despite his crazed struggling, she manages to drag him one handed back to the police station, a journey the camera follows.

The next clip is from hacked video surveillance of the inside of the police station. The two policemen have to use both arms and then call over the help of a third to get the guy into a holding cell, the man struggling only as much as he did for the girl.

The next clip is from the original camera. It documents a conversation the masked girl has on the phone with a friend named Jean, where the girl sounds completely surprised that she caught a robber. The video ends, leaving a black screen.

"So, what did we learn?" The leader asks.

"She knew the robbery was coming, even though she didn't beforehand. She can also run at superhuman speeds and is incredibly strong. She is unaware of ARSON for now, but..." He gulped, looking fearful. "There is a slight chance she is working with...them, and therefore must be... um... eliminated." The man had turned white, all the color gone from his face.

"You know that has to happen to anyone who shows the slightest chance that they might be working with them! Can you take care of that?" The leaded asked. But it was an order, not a question.

"Yes, sir. I can try."

"You can do more than try."

"I will eliminate the girl." Upon hearing these words, the leader smiled cruelly.

"Thank you."

Behind him, in the shadowy corners of the room, a woman stands. Her lined face is creased with doubt and worry. If the leader sees this, he doesn't mention it. He beckons, and all three people leave the room. The woman goes last, giving one last regretful look at the screen. Then she closes the door, and all three people are gone.
