How Do You Know?

Corey's POV

"Corey where are you?"Kin asks through the walkie-talkie.

"I'm in the Mayor's office,and Chuck's here too,"I whisper into the device.

"Kill him then!"Kin says.

"Not yet,there's something I need to know,"I say.

"What?Dude just kill him!"Kin basically yells at me.

"Dude,just shut up!"I say.

I turned off the walkie-talkie and looked over the corner.There I saw Chuck and his robot.Maybe I should kill him...no,not yet.I need some answers first.

"Hey sucker!"I yell,"Did ya miss me!"

"You!"he yelled.

"Yeah it's me!Now before I kill you,I have to ask,how did you know about the flower of Pilialoha?!"I say.

"Well,since you asked so violently,why don't I tell you,"Chuck says,"My ancient ancestors where the holders of the Khaos flower.My nice is now one of them."

"Nice?"I say.

"Yeah,you may have met her and her friend,"Chuck said,"She told me about you."

"What?"I say.

"Yeah,her name is Laurie,"he says.

"L...Laurie?"I stutter.

I know Laurie,I hate Laurie the 1st devil in my life.I met Laurie the same place I met Laney.Laurie is the complete oppisite of Laney,she dresses all frilly,she has a natsy attitude,and she's stuck up!There's one word to describe those people...well I'm not gonna say it but let's say she's a female dog,in a bad way.

"OK,now that I know everything,say goodbye Chuck,"I say aming the gun at him.

"Ahh,so you don't want to see your friend,"Chuck says.

"What did you do to her?!"I yell.

"Oh,nothing,"he says.

"Don't fricken lie to me!"I yell.

"Well,someones gotten out of their comfort zone,"Chuck says.

"Shut up,now tell me where is she?"I yell.

"Well..."Chuck says,"Why don't I bring her to you?Hey kid get over here!"

From out of the hall way,Laney stood there,but she was...diffrent and not in a good way.Her eyes where red and she gave me a blank stare.She's not Lanes,she's not the girl I know.

"What did you do?"I say,"What did you do to her?!"

"I'm only controling her mind,"Chuck says.

"What?!That's low even for you!"I yell.

"Then you don't know how low I can get,"Chuck says.

Then a cage fell on top of me.I was trapped.

"ROB send all power,and I do mean all power to plan C,"Chuck says.

"But sir!That can fry the power source!"the robot yells,I guess he's ROB.

"Whatever,I'll find a new one,"Chuck says.

That's when Lanes reacted,her face showed a scared expression and she ran.Then when ROB pushed the last button,I didn't know what to expect.I heard a giant scream.

"I...It's done sir,"ROB says.He must actually have feelings.

"Did you hear that scream?"Chuck asks me.

I stare at him with hate,actually hate can't even explain how I feel.

"Do you know who that was?"Chuck says getting closer to me.

I know who it was...I know...but why?

"Yes,"I mutter.

"Well,do you have any last words?"Chuck says.

"Whadda you mean Chuck?"I say.

"Your little friend,do you have last words for her?"he says.

"What?"I say.

"Are you that oblivious?"Chuck says.

"Actually,yes,yes I am,"I say.

"Ugh,you take the fun out of this,"Chuck says,"Your friend is going bye-bye."

"I might be oblivious,but I'm not a 10 year old,"I say.

Why did I do that?!This is serious!And I don't believe him one bit!Lanes isn't gonna die,she's not gonna leave us like that!
