❝ Because tonight will be the night that I will fall for you
Over again
Don't make me change my mindOr I won't live to see another day
I swear its true
Because a girl like you is impossible to find
You're impossible to findThis is not what I intended
I always swore to you I'd never fall apart
You always thought that I was stronger
I may have failed
But I have loved you from the start ❞Fall for you by Secondhand Serenade

With just the playoffs around the corner, things definitely were harder to juggle for Dak. Football, Dallas, his feelings, and Carmen. A lot for him right now, but he knew one thing, Carmen was there for him through the ugly, and before he was the most talkative man in the NFL.
Had to have been the hardest month of his life to have to have to decide what he wanted. He played along a bit with Dallas, but not until he learned their true colors.
' They agreed to meet at the club, he wanted to explore these weird feelings for her. Taking a deep breath, he entered the loud exotic music filled his ears as his dreamy dark brown eyes searched for the blonde over exposed dressed woman. Gently pushing past many people, he got further and further into the club as thousands of lights it seemed like flashed across the lights out room.
He stopped in his tracks seeing Dallas grinding up against this dude Dak swore he's seen before. He watched for about twenty seconds, her grinding on the guy and turning around shoving her tongue down his throat before he saw him.
Shaking his head, Dak fled the scene feeling the biggest idiot ever. She was playing him, and getting with this guy.
He ruined his marriage over this woman?
"Dak wait!" She yelled as she followed him out the club knowing how this looked and how badly caught she was.
When she grabbed his arm making him stop and look at her she apologized "Look I'm sorry, I'm really sorry."
"Don't be, I should be saying sorry. I thought there was something here and I nearly destroyed mar-"
"Dak, there's nothing between us, you and I, couldn't you feel it when you kissed me? No spark, nothing," oh how right she was, "Go home to your wife and tell her that there's nothing between us. Tell her what you told me, about her wrestling, and wanting to go a step further with you two. You're a great guy Dak, but we're met to be friends. We never did or came close to what you and her have. I wish I had that, and I'm sorry I tried having it with you."
