They say Emotion
They say you can see
Emotion
Flickering in the eyes.
I say you can see
Emotion
In simplistic things
A clenched fist
A locked jaw
A defeated look
Upon the face.
They say you can fight it
Emotion
By not caring.
But why?
Why do they want us to:
fight our instincts?
fight our
Emotions?
They say it's a strong thing to do.
To not feel.
To not care.
To disregard
Everything.
I say it's truly strong
To feel
And not break from
Emotion.
