SERAPHINA'S POV

"It is obvious isn't it? Scruffy, uncoordinated, and i'm not blonde." I pointed out my opinion to him waiting for a response.

"Not to me." He said seriously as his gaze was looking down in mine and his I shined with wonder and his muscles tensed wondering more about me. "Would you like me to show you around?"

"I'm sure you're far too busy Mr. Christensen, and I do have a long drive."

"You are going back to Vancouver?" He sounded anxious. Like he did not want me to go. That he enjoyed my company and me talking to him more and more. "Now drive safely." Hayden's voice got stern as he looked at me with seriousness. "Did you get everything you need?"

"Yes sir I have." I replied putting my things back into my bag as I felt his eyes staring me down. "Thank you for the interview Mr. Christensen."

"The pleasure has been all mine Miss Stayling." A smile appeared on his face looking towards me. I was about to speak until he put his hands up and out to shake my hand. "Until we meet again."

I nodded as I began to walk towards the door as my backpack was on my back. He ran up to the door and opened it wide for me helping me out.

"Mr. Christensen." I stated looking at him.

"Just ensuring you get out fine." Pointing out the incident that has occurred before I walked into this meeting.

"Yes I see. Well if the step was not so big maybe I would not have fell on it." I replied with the swift comment. His head shook as he was about to speak.

"Did you bring a jacket Miss Stayling?"

His voice made me shiver as one of his assistants came running in and getting in the jacket in his hand.

I went to go grab it from him but he turned away and put it on for me I smiled as I felt his hands coldly go against my shoulders. I felt A small electric feeling go through my whole body like The waves hitting rocks in the ocean.

I walk out of the room as he follows me he presses the button to go down.

His index finger lays against the door as it opens.

He walked in with me as it was quiet the way down. I felt him felt him get closer to me every floor we passed.

Floor one "Main floor" finally hit as the door opened and I smiled.

"Seraphina," he says as a farewell.
"Hayden," I reply. And mercifully the doors close.
