Chpt.14 The Opposites' Turn

Mark's P.O.V

  We arived at the hospital. We walked in and I went to the front desk. A woman sat there and looked up at me.

"Hello sir, how may I help you?" She smiled.

"Hi uh, my girlfriend hit her head pretty hard on a counter and now she can't remember anything." I said blankly.

"Oh, here sign this form, when you finish return it and we'll take her in." She said handing me a checkboard with a piece of paper attached to it.

"Thank you." I took it and grabbed a pen.

  I sat with Y/n and Jack in the waiting room and filled it out. I looked over at Y/n and she was just on her phone not caring about anything but Jack, Jack was just a worried mess.

"Mark? Do you think she's gonna be ok?" He asked me looking really sad.

"I'm sure she'll be fine, the doctor will know what to do." I said, writing down more answers.

"Promise?"

"I promise." I kissed him on the forehead.

Mark your not sure,  your lying to him. If everything goes wrong you'll just hurt him more. Dark started to talk to me, he's a dick. He always doubts me and if I am in trouble he'll help but then I have to return the favor, which really never goes well for me. SHUT UP SHE'LL BE FINE! Heh you don't know that. Shut the fuck up Dark!  I enternally yelled. Say that one more time and your not getting any help. What the hell are you gonna do Dark? Mark I know who's causing all this ok, it's gonna take a while and I may need to take over and get Anti's help. First of all, no! Remember what happened last time you took over, you went fucking crazy! So, I promise I won't do that again. Still no! Fine I'll do this mentally, but don't get pissed if you see something weird. Oh and it's gonna hurt when I switch to Y/n's visions and back to your brain. What?! Yeah I have to travel minds and stuff. Just..make her better okay! Will do Mark. Will do.

"I'm gonna regret this..." I mumbled.

  I finished filling out the form and gave it back to the lady.

"Alrighty! We'll get her checked out, all we're really going to is just run a few mental tests and give her a CAT-Scan to see if there's any brain damage or internal bleeding and ask her a few questions." She said sweetly.

"How long do you think it'll take?" I asked a little nervous.

"Probably an hour or so, it depends really. We'll call you two gentlemen in as soon as she's done with the tests." She said getting up from her seat to go get Y/n.

"Ok" I said looking down at the ground.

"Miss Y/L/n please follow me." The lady said.

  Y/n shrugged and followed her. Jack and I just sat in silence for a while. It wasn't necessary awkward but I didn't like it, but what am I supposed to say. She lost her memory, there's no more to it! All we can do now is just pray that she can get it back. But there's no point in praying when you have me~.

"Dark leave me alone right now, ok!" I mumbled but I guess it was loud because Jack over heard me.

Jack's P.O.V

  I was thinking in the waiting room with Mark in silence until I heard him whisper something. I looked over at him.

"Mark? Are ya holding up ok?" I asked more worried.

"Y-yeah." He's lying.

"Mark, ya can't fool me! I know when your lying ya goof! Now tell me what's wrong." I kissed his cheek and held his hand.
