It was a school night and Veronica was still hanging out at Janessa's place. Veronica got a phone call, it was her mom she said " Honey, come home now, your sister is about to have her baby." Veronica thought that this was urgent she was about to be an aunt and she couldn't miss this moment. Veronica ran across the street to get to her car and all of a sudden a light shone brightly in her face, she almost got hit by a car but thankfully a guy saved her, he was probably around 17 years old with dark brown hair and green eyes. He jumped into the street to save her and pulled her by the waist aside. " Thank you for saving my life but I've got to be somewhere right now" said Veronica. He was just looking with his mysterious eyes in disbelief, who is this girl and how could she just abandon me like that in the middle of the night after all I did just save her life, she should consider herself lucky.
