The Baby Project

Chapter 1

MARLEY'S POV:

"Come on guys!"my bubbly best friend,Ashlee called.She skipped to the science lab,pulling her equally as bubbly boyfriend,Colby,along with her. "Ashlee,Colby."our science teacher,Mrs.Manning,greeted them.She never said it but I'm pretty sure that she doesn't like that they're in her class.I laughed at Mrs.Manning as I walked into her class-hand in hand with my own boyfriend, Bobby.Soon the room filled with all of our friends.2nd period was the best period of the day.There wasn't one person in that room who wasn't friends with everyone else.Ashlee and Colby sat at some stools between Bobby and I and our friends,Trent and Sydney. "Hello class."the teacher said through gritted teeth.This was the only class that made her skin crawl. "Hi!"A cheery voice called from the back of the classroom.It was Demilo,the clown of the class.Mrs.Manning rolled her eyes as she continued,"We are doing a project for a final test grade." Ashlee groaned. "It's a baby project!"the teacher shouted excitedly.

ASHLEE'S POV:

"A baby?!?"I screamed.I loved anything about babies. "You may pick your partners,but choose wisely." I turned to Colby who's eyes were already on me.I smiled as I kissed his cheek.After everyone scrambled to a partner,we sat in a circle.Mrs.Manning gave us a piece of paper with instructions.i snatched them up.It said,

"You may get your phones out and call your parents to bring you a lot of clothes.You are going to be living at this school in different classrooms for at most an entire year.You and your partner must live together and you two must provide the baby with asexual reproduction.Your parents have been notified and they allow it.Other classes will be held at Ooltewah Middle/High for privacy reasons.You will be handed a key to a room in this building and you will acquire some clothes from me.Any back talk or defiance,and you will revive a failing grade for your last quarter of 9th and your 1st quarter of 10th.You have been chosen."
