Chapter 10

Ashley's POV:

I lied on my side across the bed as Colby sat at the laptop. "Colbert?"I whispered. "Yeah baby girl?"he asked not moving his eyes from the screen. "What do you want our baby to be?" I asked with a smile. He turned and lopped over to the bed.He sat down and placed steady hand on my stomach,"It doesn't matter to me,but I'd like a little girl so she can be as beautiful as her mommy." I grinned ear to ear. "Really,I'm not beautiful."I said sheepishly. "Of course you are,as long as you're beautiful to me,you are always going to be the most beautiful girl in the entire world." I was at a loss for words. "Thanks",was all I could say.He rubbed my stomach softly. "I wonder if it can hear us."he said. "Probably,it probably already loves us."I said,giving Colby hope.He nodded. "What do you want to name it?"I asked.His eyes jumped over to mine and shone. "I have no idea." I stood up and grabbed my notebook and sat criss-cross on the bed,knowing that I could lay on my stomach.I was mimicked by Colby.He placed his hand near my inner thigh and started naming names. "Whoa,hold on."I said with a laugh,"Give me time to draw columns." After I was done he started again. "For a girl,I like Rebekka May,Eleanor Jane,Jade Rose,and Kylie Diamond." I started,"I like Mayleigh Rayne,Lily Rose,Ileana Fae,and Kylie Diamond too." He gasped as I wrote them down.I gave him a confused look,"What?" "I really like,Rebekka Rayne Eaves?" I smiled,"That's beautiful Colby,it's perfect for a baby girl." "Now boys.."He said,blowing a raspberry. "Amos Michael."I said quickly.He sat in silence as he thought about having a baby boy named Amos. "Hey,that's a sweet name Ashlee." "I've always wanted to name my baby that."I said,placing my hand on the peak of my stomach. "What are we going to do when it gets here?"Colby asked.It just dawned on me that we didn't live together,and we wouldn't until we were 18."We'll figure something out."I said surely.I heard a low growl and looked at Colby. "You hungry?" He shook his head,"Nah." I noticed he hadn't been eating in a few days,ever since they've been serving... "No,go eat,lets go."I said pulling him up. "No Ashlee,I'm really okay."he protested.I knew what he was doing.The cafeteria had been serving nachos for lunch for the past few days and my pregnant self couldn't stand the smell.I laughed,"Colby,you can eat nachos.I got dis!" He laughed and followed along into the cafeteria.Besides,I could talk to Marley.
