**HAYES POV**
I was walking through the park, that's the only place I can clear my head. I saw an empty bench and I sat down. The thoughts that I tried to forget now lay dormant in my mind. Bella and I were perfect until Lily came along! Wait... Does that mean bella was jealous? I have so many question yet when I try to speak nothing comes out. I felt a vibration next to me. A hand touched my shoulder and I looked up. Bella.
Bella: " hey what are you doing here"

Me: "just thinking"

Bella: "Hayes I need to tell you something.

I looked up at her.

"Hayes, your my absolute bestfriend. And I'm sorry. I hate being apart from you. When I saw Lily I just blew it. I hated seeing you with someone that's not me. Please forgive me!?" Bella asked.

I smiled up at her. We both got up to our feet and hugged. The hug felt like forever but it wasn't awkward. We just stood there hugging each other, forgetting the troubles and mistakes we have put each other through.

Me: "best friends again?"

Bella: "best friends forever"

And with that, we both walked home.
