The doorbell rings. Ashwin opens the door.Neelkanth: I have come with a small proof. This is the torn cloth of a dress. I have also got the knife in which Karan was stabbed. So I want to check whether it matches with the other sets.Ashwin: What are you talking? do you mean to say Maya & myself killed Karan?Neelkanth: I have not said that. I have only come here for the inquiry.The cops enter the house and see the knife.Neelkanth: It really matches with them.Ashwin: Yes, they are similar but it is not necessary that the person has to be the killer. I am not the only one who gets these knives.Neelkanth: We will check the same in other houses.They go to Vandana's house and find the similar knife.Neelkanth: I want your co-operation. I guess this torn part of the dress and the knife belongs to this house.Vandana: Yes, we use this type of knife. I could hear a girl shouting for help at Karan's room. Saanjh and Maya go to the changing room to changing their clothes. Arjun sees the politician who was invited to the party & starts torturing him.Politician: I have not killed Karan. Arjun: Then why did you deliberately lose the case. Did you want to frame me right?Politician: When you threatened him with the knife, I thought you killed him.Arjun keeps torturing him. Maya & Saanjh comes there.Maya: Arjun, stop it.Saanjh: He is saying the truth. He is not the killer.Meanwhile, the cops give another visit to Ashwin's place & arrest him.Vandana checks all the files. To her shock, she gets to know Karan's misdeeds. She also gets to know that Karan was behind the murder & he had utilized Arvind for killing Arun.Neelkanth comes to the party & said, "We have arrested the actual killer."Saanjh: Ashwin is the actual killer.Arjun & Maya are shocked.Maya comes charging to Saanjh: You rogue, what are you upto? Are you accusing my father of this murder?Saanjh: I can understand your pain. I know that he is not. But they had come to your place.Arjun: Relax Maya, everything will be fine.Maya is about to leave. Arjun holds her hand.Maya: I love you a lot but I want to be left alone for some time. I will see you later.Everyone goes home.Arjun to goes home. Vandana welcomes him & shows the evidence against Karan. Arjun had got the locket which was left when Karan was killed.Ayaan opens the locket while playing with it. He sees Maya's photo there. Ayaan: Bhai.Arjun: You play. Why are you troubling me?Ayaan: I want to show you something important.Arjun comes there & sees the open locket.He is shocked to see Maya's photo.Maya is searching for her favorite dress & is shocked to see her one part of the dress in a torn state. she remembers the molestation incident when she had come to convince Karan about getting Arjun married to her.Arjun meets Ashwin in jail. He shows Maya's locket to him. Ashwin is shocked.Arjun: Maya is the actual killer but you took it on your head to save her. But how long can you save her?Ashwin: I will do everything that is in my power to save her.Dr. Gandhi comes there. He said, "I knew it was Maya. She had killed my dog in her childhood. I had to certify her as mad & see that she goes to the boarding school.Ashwin: do you even know why did she kill the dog? She killed it as the dog had bitten Arjun. He further said, "Yes Arjun. She had killed the dog for you because she cannot see you in pain. She had done that for you. As for killing Karan, she never intended to do that. I had come to speak to Karan about her marriage with you but your dad had insulted me. Maya could not bear that shock & she started destroying things. I could control her with great difficulty. In the process, I had also got to know what he had done to your mother. He has been abusing women & is the one who got your real father & my brother killed. We had come to your place that night to re-talk to Karan the next day but no one was there.Arjun remembers & said, "Yes, right. I was in the drunk state when mom had brought me. She had gone to the doctor that night."Ashwin: Oh I see but your dad was not even letting us inside. He had dragged Maya in & knocked me, closing the door. He had abused Maya verbally, physically & sexually. She was crying for help. I had called to people for help.Arjun: Yes, I saw many missed calls on my phone. I never knew that he could stoop to such a low level.Ashwin continued: I was frustrated. I threw the knife through the window on him to save my daughter. He had cornered her but she overpowered him, took the knife & stabbed him for saving her dignity. My daughter is pure. She has got temper issues but she is very good at heart. after you escaped from jail, both of you had gone to Dr. Gandhi's place. He tricked you to leave the place asking Maya to get a glass of water for him. He too had looked upon my daughter in that way but she overpowered him. Luckily, he is alive.FlashbackMaya: Whatever happened was not right. I will tell the truth to Arjun & surrender myself to the law.Ashwin: Are you gone mad? why do you want to surrender? You have not done anything wrong. You have only killed him for the self-defense & that is exempted. If we ake it to the court that will be a disgrace on our reputation. Arjun will never marry you & I have to answer to the opposition party when they ask me that when I could not take care of my daughter what am I going to take care of the state as a chief minister. You leave this place with Arjun. I will take care of things here. I have faith in you but I don't trust my fate. I have lost you earlier and I didn't want to lose you again.Arjun: I don't blame you for stabbing him for defending yourself. You have done the right thing but could have avoided if you had waited until the next day. Everything would have gone smooth.Saanjh sees that and tries to stab Maya but she holds her hand and both begin to fight again. Arjun holds Maya and said, "Maya, please control yourself."Saanjh is about to stab Maya but Neelkanth shoots her.Arjun: Why did you do that Saanjh? I had trusted you and this is what you have done?Saanjh: I love you Arjun and will always do. I wanted to separate you from Maya because I had promised my parents. Please hug me at least once before I go.Maya: You are not destined to even for that. But I can fulfill your wish.Saanjh: I am sorry Maya.Both hug each other. Arjun hugs both of them.The court case begins. Ashwin: I knew Karan from the time I have worked with him. He has got the habit of flirting with girls half of his age. He didn't like me because I had contradicted him. I had come to compromise for my daughter's happiness but he was not ready to budge. I was even ready to bear the insult but not my daughter's disgrace. He is the worst person I have ever met. He tried to rape my daughter & defame her.Vandana: I had fallen into the wrong hands after Arun died. I didn't know that Karan would do such a thing. He had proposed to me but when I refused, he had resorted to these things. After our wedding, he was very nice and I didn't even know that. Ayaan is our output. I could not even understand Arjun why he didn't accept him as a father which I clearly understand. Maya is a good girl who had put an end to the evil. I am proud of her. Arjun: For that moment, I misunderstood but after listening to both the sides and hearing Saanjh's words, I was fully convinced that Maya is innocent.The judge dismisses the case.
