Chapter 1 - What is EXO

- Mr. Lee Sooman's POV -

I entered the conference room and saw the Members of Justice sitting unconfortbly. 

"Goodafternoon everyone. I'm glad you're all here on time." I greeted them they all greeted me and back to their seats.

"Mr. President. The teenagers are insane, they make trouble here and there. We're all in a panic bacause our office is becoming a call-center. We already tighthen the security in Seoul. We nearly called the Military, Air Force even the Navy." Mr. Jung

"Ne seonsaengnim! Mr. Jung is right. There this one time we went to the office seeing only tables and chairs. They dug a hole to get the security system but they failed. Thanks to our security alarm." Mr. Cha said

I sighed and rub my temple. I think I'm having a headache.

"Alright. Ms. Tiffany please give them the papers." I ordered to my secretary

After Ms. Tiffany distributed the papers they all looked at me. Some are giving me confused looks while other members jaw-dropped.

"Mr. Lee, what's this? What is EXO?" 

I sighed once again and stood up. 

"EXO, I named them EXO. We will create a group of agents which age-range is between 17-24 since the trouble nowadays are mostly made by teenagers. This might help us capture the drug dealer inside the school too. Who knows they might even capture the master mind of this insanity." I said trying to talk calmly and hoping that they'll accept my proposal

Silence is now filling up the room. All I can hear is the sound of turning pages and sighing.

"Aren't this proposal dangerous? Especially this future EXO members? Seonsaengnim, they are just teenagers" Mr. Jung asked. 

"Yes it's dangerous. We will train them before giving the  mission. Don't forget Yonfei Organization is not just an ordinary government security group. We trained our agents well. Physically and Mentally. We will choose well, so don't worry." I said but this time I speak on how I suppose to be, Like a boss.

Few  minutes passed before they all agree on my proposal. I know this is hard but this is the only thing that can save us for now. Well that's what I thought for now.  I dismissed them and went back to my office.

"Ms. Tiffany, please send a letter to all the members of government, especially to those in the Army, Air Force, Navy and our regular police." I ordered Ms. Tiffany 

"Ne. Seonsaengnim."

"And oh! You can send an email to those well-known people too."

"Ne. Seonsaengnim." She bowed then went back to her desk and started the task I gave her. 

I sighed ,loud enough to hear it all over the room.

This gonna be a tough case to all of us. *sighed* Teenagers nowadays. Where's their parents? I thought
