After we left Jim there, and we continued our way to the Centre, Jacqui stayed with Lori and the others, while I packed away in the back of the RV. I was deeply thinking as I didn't hear that Glenn called for me, that we arrived. I nodded and walked into the front sector of the car.
- It's quiet. Too quiet. - whispered Rick.
- We don't know if there are any people in there, and how they react to strangers, so we have to be quiet as well... - I told them.
After we got off the RV and the others were still with us, Rick, Shane, Glenn and Daryl pulled out their weapons, and the group started to run quietly, but fast. There were no walkers or humans around, and the weather was mild, the sky was lilac.
When we got to the entrance door of the big and high building, we tried to open it, but it was closed, even it didn't move. Rick knocked on it, and we waited for one minute, but nobody came.
Shane looked up and noticed an outdoor surveillance camera above the door in the right corner.
- Guys, there was something moving in that camera. - frightened us Shane by shouting. We got scared.
- Shhh... - Rick tried to make him be quiet again.
- Open the door! Now! - continued Rick's best friend.
- Shut up, Shane! - Lori tried to stop the man, when someone spoke in the mentioned camera. We were surprised. Shane was right. After this, all of us remained quiet.
- What are you doing here? - asked the man from us.
- We would like to enter into the building! - replied Rick.
- And why should I let you in? What do you want here?
- A chance. To survive. - continued Lori's husband.
The man in the camera didn't speak for a while, and in every second, we became more and more nervous. Mainly, because, the sky became dark, and the weather became cold, and windy.
- Please, let us in! - I stepped closed to the cam. - In our group, we have two little children, who are freezing out here. We are good men and women, we don't want to interrupt, we just would like not to sleep out here. If we have to, we'll work in the centre, but please. Let us go in there...
Without any replyment, the only lamp, that was lighting turned off, and from then, we were in full darkness. We didn't have a choice, do we walked away from the Centre. Rick's face was disappointed, Shane was angry, and all the others were sad as well. I had cardiospasm, and I walked with the others as an arear. I was that person, who told the group to come here, and now here we are.
