There was a new club in town and I knew Wren had been wanting to go.
"Wren are we going to that new club?"
"Hmmm maybe telepathy is real."
"Wren Victoria Davis!"
"What?!"
"You very well know what!"
"Come you owe me!"
This was true she had been dying not only to meet Zak, but to go on the lockdown. I had told her no to both of them. I guess I owed her double. Shit, I need to introduce her to Zak quick, before she realized I owed her double!
"Fine."
"Yay, this is why we're best friends!"
"Actually we're best friends because we were roommates at The University of Texas."
"Same difference!"
"Let's just go!" I said laughing.
"I can't believe you wore that."
"What!?!"
"Your dressed for the rodeo, not a night out on the town."
I was wearing Miss Me jeans and a white half sleeve office shirt.
"Don't worry I can fix you."
"Aww shit."
We ducked into a women's restroom and she handed me some daisy duke shorts that were ripped. I put them on and came out.
"Cute." she said.
I went to the mirror.
She unbuttoned the first button and pulled the sides back.
"There perfect."
My shoes were gonna help me tonight because they were 3 inch black heels, now making me slightly less short. 5'9" wasn't that bad was it?
"We're here!"
I looked up to see the neon blue sign saying 'Club Coco'.
"Here goes nothing."
