Her eyes soften as she gazes up at the scout. "Little Bumblebee. You came along a lot later. It must have been almost...what, 1000 years or so later? The vision I got of you being created was a powerful one. You were so small, a tiny little black and yellow bot with the biggest, brightest blue eyes imaginable. And the second you opened them up to the world, I felt your wonder, your joy. And as tears of that joy slid down my cheeks, you looked up, and you didn't see me, but you felt me too. I knew from that second on, just how important you would end up being in my life. I kept an eye on you as you grew up. I was there, a little voice with advice, a comforting phantom touch when you were hurt, any excuse to join in on your life for a second."

She looked up to see his optics wide and she smiled. Her eyes closed and not a second later, a warm, gentle breeze blew through the room. As it passed by each member of the room a wordless song of joy filled the silence. It traveled around before wrapping around Bumblebee, like invisible arms wrapping around him. The scout's eyes closed in a calm, ecstatic, contented bliss as memories flooded through him of every time that same phantom wind had comforted him. When The Oracle's eyes opened again the wind disappeared and Bumblebee opened his optics. They were rimmed with energon tears as he carefully lifted Lilliana from her bed and hugged her against his face. Silent tears of happiness streamed down her face as she could finally relish in the feeling of her little brother of sorts physically being with her. He wasn't just out of reach any longer. He was here.

The rest of the Autobots had watched on in shock. They weren't quite sure of what to do in their reunion. Slowly, they all backed away to let them enjoy this moment. All but Optimus. He had always been like a father figure or older brother to Bumblebee and he had often talked of a "friend in the breeze" when he was younger. He never thought it would be...this. Although he felt a little intrusive for not leaving with the others, he was protective of the young scout. And sure enough, when his bright blue optics lifted off the floor, they were met with the tear filled ones of Bumblebee's. He motioned the Prime over, but he was hesitant. With a glance around the room which had emptied a while back, he allowed himself to walk forward. When he was within an arm's distance, the scout leaned forward and buried himself in his broad chest. Lilliana looked up knowingly, the jade in her eyes glowing bright.

"Trust me." A voice said in his head. With a startled expression he looked down at the expectant face of The Oracle.

"Trust me Optimus."

He wasn't sure how he felt about her being able to speak to him in this way, but he replied anyway. "Okay."

She outstretched one of her hands, so small compared to his. But as she did, his optics widened. He didn't know what to expect. He wasn't scared, but he was nervous in a sense. As her hand got closer a strange feeling started to overcome him. Finally she rested it on his forehead between his eyes.

With a flash of silver he was thrust into his past. Back to the very first day of his life. Alone but not, a warmth beside him, silver stars dancing in his optics. When he was older, maybe 300. He had lost his way on the streets of Cybertron. His young spark beating heavily in fear. Tears fell down his cheeks as it got darker. Then a warm hand in his, though there wasn't really. It pulled him forward, down the streets and into the glow of the lights. An arm wrapped around his shoulders, though there wasn't really. It guided him back towards his home and as he neared the entrance, a kiss on his forehead, though there really wasn't. Later, perhaps a little more than 1000 years later. The day he went from being Orion Pax to Optimus Prime. Though he accepted it with humility and responsibility, there was someone else there. It was excited beyond belief and danced around him with joy and wrapped around him in a hug. He could feel the pride radiating off of it. A smile made its way to his face at the familiar prescence. Then a pressure on his lips, a kiss. There, but not there. And when the prescence left, a part of his heart left with it.

Optimus opened his eyes to find them locked on Lilliana's. Lilliana. It had been her, all those times. Tear rimmed optics, tear filled eyes. A spark and a heart, beating to the same beat.

Together at last.
