I just got off of the plane and looked around. 'I made it!!' I yelled in my head. Now I get to spend a week here. I was really excited to be in Seoul Korea. I worked really hard to get to spend my only week of vacation this summer here. I pulled out my phone and checked the time. It was still early and I didn't know what to do. I walked slowly to get my luggage but there was a lot of girls in the way. It toke at least 15 minutes just to get my luggage. After I did i was looking towards the doors. It wasn't that far away but with all of the girls there I didn't think I would make it. I walked up to one of ,,nn, what was going on. She had a confused look on her face before screaming out three letters. BTS??? What the heck??? What was that??? I smiled and nodded then started pushing my way through the crowd. I noticed seven guys were trying to push through as well. I feel bad for them. I somehow managed to get close to them and the crowd seemed to open up for them. One of the girls noticed me and pushed me. When she did I tripped over my suitcase. I closed my eyes waiting for the ground to meet my face but it didn't. I looked up to see the six guys around me with a worried look on their face. I looked in front of me and there was the seventh guy.
"Thank you for catching me!" I said in English and hoped he could understand.
"Your welcome. Are you traveling alone??" It wasn't the guy in front of me but one at my side. I stood up and grabbed my suitcase.
"Yes, I'll be here for a week. It's the only chance I'll have since I'll be helping my mother all summer." I smiled at him. He smiled back. He was cute but looked like a scary bear.
"I'm Rap Monster!" He said with a goofy smile.
"What a crazy name. Hehe I'm Skylar!" He held his hand out and I shook it. That's when a man walked to him and started talking in Korean.
"I'm sorry but we have to go. I hope we see you again!!" Rap Monster said as he started to walk away with the other six guys. I walked behind them and managed to get out and called a taxi?? I'm not sure what they are called here. But when I got to my hotel it was easy to get to my room. I threw my suitcase on my bed and pulled my phone out. I got my Facebook and FaceTime my mom. She looked like she misses me. After a few minutes I told her I was gonna try to order food and rest for my first day here. I ended the FaceTime and it toke me a little while to order food but I finally got it! I paid when it got to my hotel room and ate happily. I turned on the tv and saw a bunch of different kpop groups music videos.
"I wish I had the confidence to be like them!" I giggled at myself and yawned. I couldn't keep my eyes open as I head I really catchy song come on. I smiled listening to it. All I remember hearing be for I fell asleep was the beginning part.
"All the underdogs in the world. A day may come when we lose. But it is not today. Today we fight!" The last thing I thought was just how familiar that voice sounded.
