First of all, your cover is awesome and I just realized it's meant to be a Marlboro package, right? It captures the essence of the story very well. The idea overall is surprisingly good and very different. The story is really tragic but utterly sweet at the same time.
I like the way you describe her feelings and thoughts. It just makes the story more realistic and easier to read. Although I'm not that into Louis fics, this was really good and I think he fits the story perfectly.
The prologue (or description whatever you'd like to call it) is absolutely beautiful. It's easy, simple but has a matter. It captures the story completely. It doesn't really need anything else.
