Chapter 1

He made me.

(Gabys pov)

We had been dating for a few months now, me and Randy, but we weren't settled yet. I felt like I had met the man of my dreams although I'm not sure he felt the same way.

(Randy's pov)

The first time I laid eyes on Gaby I instantly fell in love with her, but I don't know if she wants to be with me still.

I put her through a lot, being a superstar and all, She has to see me with bruises, always being hurt and she always cares for me.

Even though we haven't been dating that long, I felt like I needed to have a talk with her about our future.

(Gabys pov)

I got a text from Randal.

'Hey Gaby, I need to talk to you. Maybe we can meet at my place? A restaurant? Somewhere private. Please reply soon x'

I text him back a few minutes later as I was driving back to my flat.

'Hey, yeah sure I can meet you. Your place is fine, what do you need to talk about? x'

'Okay, I get home from work about 10 I hope that's not too late. Oh and I just need to get something off my chest x'

I was nervous, I didn't know what he wanted to talk to me about. Maybe he doesn't want to see me any more. I text back.

'I will be at your flat around half 10, just so you can get yourself ready from work. See you then :) x'

'No problem. Can't wait to see you x'

I'm happy he said that, I mean does that mean he still likes me?

(Randy's pov)

I finished my match against John Cena, he's a tough fighter, but I won.

I got ready in the locker room as Colby walked up to me.

"Hey Orton, congratulations on your win tonight!" I stood up, shook his hand and smiled as he smiled back.

"Thanks Colby, you too! Great match against the Wyatts."

"Hey thanks, you know those Wyatts put up a hell of a fight."

"Yeah, same with Cena." We laughed a little.

Colby and I had been getting on well, we'd became close friends. He's also the only person who knows about Gaby. We talked a bit more and I got up to leave but Colby said

"Hey, what's happening with Gaby? Are you still with her?"

"Actually I'm just going to see her now, she's coming to my place."

"Ah, she seems like a nice girl. She's a keeper."

"I know, she's perfect. I need to talk to her about us, you know, being in a relationship."

"Yeah, I think you've got this one Orton. She seems really in to you. I'm still looking for that girl."

I gave him a little hug, he'd been trying to get the right girl for a while now.

"It's alright Colby. Hey, I can ask Gaby if she has any single friends? That is, of course, if she still wants to see me." Colby smiles softly.

"Yeah bro, thanks a lot! And I'm sure everything will be good with you and Gaby." We said bye to each other and I made my way home.

(Gabys pov)

It was around nine-thirty and I got ready. I put on a black dress and some heels, gently curled my hair and put some makeup on. I wanted to look okay, but not too over the top.

I left my house and got in the car. Before I started driving I checked my phone. I had a text from Randal.

'Just checking you're still coming. I'm leaving work now x' I smiled looking at my phone.

'Im leaving my house now, sorry for the late reply I can't wait to see you too :) x'

I put my phone away and started driving.

(Randy's pov)

I came out the shower and got ready. I sprayed a bit aftershave on myself and put some music on quietly.

There was a knock at the door and I got butterflies in my stomach.

I opened the door to see Gaby standing there.

"Hi." She smiled gently and stroked her arms.

"Hey, come in. You look cold." I smiled back at her.

Gaby came in and I took her in the kitchen where I have a little bar.

"Would you like a drink? Wine? Anything."

"Yeah sure, um wine would be nice." We both smiled at each other as I poured some wine out for us both.

I took a sip of my drink and looked at her, she looked perfect.

"So Gaby, I just wanted to talk to you about us."

"Oh, that's weird. I wanted to talk to you about the same thing."

"Listen, I really like you. I think you're stunning and I know we've only been dating a few months but I feel like we were meant to be. I feel we have some sort of connection. I just want to know if you feel the same way?"

She smiled softly and looked down at her feet.

"Randal, don't worry. I feel the same way. I really like you and I feel like we have a connection too. You seem to understand me."

I smiled at her as she looked into my eyes.

"Oh good. I'm so happy. And I do understand you, I'm happy to listen to anything you have to tell me."

"I'm happy too, you don't have to worry about coming home from work and being injured - I will take care of you."

"Oh you don't have to."

"Yes I do, I want to. I want to make sure you're safe."

I stood up and gently placed my hand on the bottom of her cheek as we looked into each others eyes and I kissed her softly. This was our first kiss and it was perfect.
