They go through the portal to Yosei's kingdom and her father is a little disturbed by the new visitor.
"You fell in love with what you thought was a human and didn't tell us, then you confessed to him and made an alliance?!" my father says in an unpleasant tone.
"Father it was for Latuniovia!" I yell back.
"You didn't have to fall in love for Latuniovia!" he hollers.
"Sir I assure you Fanquinsia can help!" Hunter yells.
"You don't need to be speaking young man! You don't deserve to even be in my presence!" my father yells back.
"Father! He's the prince of Fanquinsia and Latuniovia needs help fighting the giant, we cannot resort to fighting it alone, it was cause pure tragedy!" I snap.
"Honey, she's right," says my mother in a calm voice.
"I know..I just, I didn't know about the boy till now and I worry that if something happens he won't be good enough for the kingdom," my father says.
Hunter looks down, I frown. "Father," I say looking up, "no matter the devastation, no matter how many we lose, prince Hunter and I will take care of Latuniovia even if something does happen, I trust him. You should learn to as well."
My father looks at me with a sympathetic look. "Are you sure you want to do this Yosei?" he asks.
"I've never been more sure of myself or of Latuniovia," I reply.
"then it is done, we assemble and ride tomorrow, for Latuniovia," he says. Hunter looks up and I nod in acknowledgement. We fly on griffins to his kingdom, now we must consult his father, but I will be ready, I must be ready. We are going to war.
