Cat's Pov

I had the most incredible dream last night.

I stumble out of bed, making sure not to wake the neighbors below witch my gorilla steps.

It took me a while to realize it while drinking my morning coffee, but I eventually realized that what happened with Joey wasn't a dream. He really does care about me.

It feels unreal.

I guess I always felt like Joey was just a playboy without any real feelings. But it's evident to me now that he shares the same feelings that I have for him.

I jump as I suddenly hear my phone buzz.

Dani: Cat, r u dating Joey?

I saw the text message on the front screen of my IPhone and panicked.

Do I lie? 

Or should I just suck it up and tell Dani about us?

She has feelings for Joey, though. Dosen't she?

I bet Joey told her behind my back.

Cat: haha. yeah. u okay with that?

Dani: Well, i still think ur too good for him but i guess :)

Cat: awesome. sorry for not telling you right away

Dani: i get it. tbh i probably would have done the same.

Cat: So, wanna hang out ? u me and joey?

Cat: Let's go see a movie. It'll be fun.

Dani: uhm sure. when?

Cat: tomorrow?

Dani: srry I can't tomorrow. too much work to do. you understand

Cat: OMG Joey just texted me the exact same thing! what is with all of you college people?!

Dani:  lol. How about next week? i think that works for joey too, but u might wanna check with him first.

Cat: that'll work. go do your homework looser.

Dani: :P

I smile and put my phone down. Dani excepts us!

Things couldn't be better in my life right now. And for the first time,

I'm excited to go to work.  

A/N Hey! I know this chapter is short and not my best but I'm preparing you guys for the next chapter which is gonna be huge!
