ON THE RUN (SWEET PEA X READER)

"jughead......jughead jones the third" i said testing out the name while walking to pops. me and popcorn have stayed here for  about 5 days, we've been trying to find a place to stay i have my shift at nights after school well the school that i didn't know i was going to in till popcorn pointed it out i walked into pops hearing the sweet chime of the bell i saw some heads turn a ginger and a blonde and oh the one and only jughead he smiled looking at his food and then glancing back at me (gif) witch made me smile as well "hey pops" i waved to pops who smiled and handed me a plate of food and with that i walked to the ginger and the blonde with a vanilla  milkshake and a burger which i planted down on the table "here you go love birds" i said with a smile thinking they where together "oh umm-were not uhh were not dating" the ginger said i glanced at the blonde she looked a little upset with what he said so she probable has a crush on him ugh boys just cant take a hint "really, wow" i said baking a plan in my head but for some reason i felt eyes burning in the back of my head and i knew jughead was getting impatient he always got impatient when i was talking to other people at pops he hated it, it was  cute tho "what do you mean, is it that surprising" ginger said with a shocked look. oh my god this guy is so stupid, jock i bet "well yeah you two  would make a cute couple i mean come on if you actually think about it it would kinda be like a power couple thing "(RelationshipGoals) i said giving a wink to the blonde which she smiled at i have to admit  helping people actually feels nice who ever invented revenge god damn they dont know what there missing 

i walked over to jughead who looked like a child who got a potato for Christmas "hey beanie boy" i say sitting across from him pops wouldent mind, i sit with jughead when nobody comes in or when im done taking everyone's orders and giving them to pops so he could cook hes amazing burgers/drinks or anything else i guess "dont talk to him" he said looking mad and betrayed "only if you give me a fair reason why" i said trying to see where this is going "just dont ok" he said glaring at me then it turned into a straight on staring contest we just stared at each other not taking our eyes away from the eachothers in till he blinked "i win" i said he chuckled "so i guess this ones on me" he said knowing the rules "bravo you read the rule book" i said sarcastically "ok but on one condition you dont speak to Archie" he said taking out his wallet "i dont know who Archie is so...." i said confused "the ginger" was all he had to say "oh my god-no- you wouldent.......is jughead jones...the third, jeaoules---no oh my god thats so cute" i say taking his money and his plate "no i just- fine hang out with Archie i dont care" he said calming down "dont worry i would never go after Archie i tend to avoid dumb jocks on a daily basis" i say coming back to the table (she was putting the dishes away) "oh hey umm popcorn saw this high school he wants me to go there to make "friends" but i just wanted to get the details from it first so.. do you know anything about the school like should i go there i won't get slut shamed please tell me i wont be the only new girl" i say boiling with questions "i now what school your talking about and you should go we can meet up more (said with a smirk) and im sure you wont be the new girl because theirs a new family rolling in so you should be fine and your to smart to be slut shamed " he said relieving me "thanks beanie boy your a true life saver" i say taking a deep breath

"i still dont know if i approve of that nick name" he said smirking "i never asked if you approved it  and its not my fault iv never seen you with out your beanie" i said "thats only because you've  only known me for 5 days dork" he chuckled "yea but you were the first person i met here and im not the one always carrying a computer around dork" i said ready for a battle "well technically the first person you met here was pops and not to mention-" he was cut of by the door bell i looked back "um hi pick up for veronica lodge" she said to the counter "yup your order will be coming right up" i say walking over to the counter turning around reaching my hand out pouting  jughead reaching his hand out as well and we reenact some sad love story of two lovers splitting apart  i walk over to get the food when i tripped over popcorns foot little bastard  tripped me but its not in till jughead caught me when i realized why i was preparing myself to hit the marble floor but it never came instead i felt warm hands on my waist "you ok Juliet" jughead said lifting me up "shut up beanie boy" i say smacking his head away from me playfully we both laughed while popcorn gave me a thumps up 

veronica already left but not before saying relationship goals Archie walked over to the laughing  Juliet and romeo that was jughead and i "beanie boy thats a new one" he said chuckling "hey me and umm beanie boy over her were gonna go on a road trip on the fourth of July i was wondering if you wanted to come with us" he said smiling warmly "yea i'd love too but no one calls jughead beanie boy besides me ok" i said feeling happy im getting friends he puts his hands in the air "ok i surrender" he said waving a white napkin that we all laughed at "well beanie boy looks like were gonna go for a adventure im all about adventures i cant wait" i say jumping up and down "ha yea i guess so" he said scratching the back of his neck i could tell he didn't like the idea but he was gonna do if he liked it or not "ok you kids get out were closing Ophelia you can get off early" said pops "yes, thanks pops" i said shouting in victory pops gave popcorn a paper bag "hey im gonna meet up with my friends if thats ok" said popcorn causally "wait.......what you have friends and you didn't tell me, when can i meet them, can i meet them, oh my god you have friends, im so happy for you" i said so excited this day was going perfect "yeah well we had a deal you get a boyfriend and i'll try get friends i guess i am actualy i little bit lovable isn't that nice " he said sarcastically "umm i dont have a boyfriend" i said kinda confused 

"then whats jughead?" popcorn says and i look at him "uhh the best friend iv ever had" i say as if it wasn't obvious "well then i have to go tell me friend i cant be friends with them because you dont have a boyfriend" he said walking off "unless, you answer this question, who would you date out of Archie or jughead" he said turning on his heel "jughead obviously" i say start away i see jughead try hold in a wide smile "what, i mean come on what did you think i would say hes the first person iv meet iv known him the longest" i say jugheads smile slowly fades  popcorn walks away to his friends with the paper bag shoved into his pocket but he knew you loved jughead you just dont want him to know.

                                                  so how about you boys walk me home :)
