The Witch & The Werewolf
Next chap is in the works but it might not be out for awhile.
Ch. 9
[The Witch]
"So you're immortal?" I asked Farron throwing a piece of popcorn at him hitting him in the nose. He scrunched up his face and glared at me.
"Were you even listening at all?" He asked throwing a piece back at me. He missed and I started laughing.
We're currently laying on my bed staring up at the ceiling, while he tries to explain Were things to me. Tries being the operative word.
"Nope, its to confusing. I mean I knew there were Pixies, Vampires, Banshees, Demons, and Fairies but I didn't know that they were all at war with each other. I didn't know there were all of these laws and shit. I mean I was happy being ignorant about all of this shit." I sighed. We'd been sitting up here ever since our make out session in the bathroom, which my mom took a picture of by the way. Talk about embarrassing. He'd explained about Were's reaching full maturity and stuff and somehow we ended up taking different sides in the war between the Vampires and the Fairies.
"Yea, well being the future king has its perks." He muttered darkly. I just sighed again before rolling on top of him, much to his surprise.
I ran my nose along his jaw, laughing lightly when he moaned. "Are you that horny?"
He narrowed his eyes. "Would you rather I didn't react to you at all?" I thought about it and it would have hurt if he hadn't.
"No, but jeesh. My parents are down stairs. Not to mention that your father's probably looking for you." I was kidding, kinda. I wasn't a whore and there was no way I would have sex with him, yet.
"We'll see." I rolled my eyes and laid my head on his chest listening to his heart beat.
"You didn't answer my question."
"Yes, Were's stop aging when they reach their full maturity, which is 18." I nodded but I was scared on the inside. God I feel like Bella from 'Twilight'. Having an immortal boyfriend just isn't something I ever thought would happen to me. What happens when I get old? Or I die? Ugh, I have a headache. "Why? You're not gonna go all Bella from 'Twilight on me are you?"
"You watched 'Twilight?'" He looked away from me and blushed. I couldn't help it and started laughing so hard I rolled off of the bed.
"Ha ha ha. Its just so damn funny, ain't it?" I nodded still laughing but stopped when I saw his face.
"What are you gonna do? Farron?" He got of the bed and threw me over his shoulder and started walking down the stairs. "Farron? What are you doing?"
He continued to ignore me and just walked from the bottom of the stairs through the living room, the kitchen, and outside to the side of the pool in the backyard. Did I forget to mention that? Oops.
"Farron, don't you dare!" My mom and dad stood smiling in the doorway, mom with a camera. Perfect. Why do I have to be the one stuck with those two for parents? I mean aren't they supposed to be upset that I brought and unconscious boy home and now he's gonna throw me in the pool. Great.
"What's wrong Danni? I thought you liked the water?" I could hear the smirk in his voice and I just wanted to slap him for it.
"Farron. I don't wanna go in the water, please. I'm sorry I laughed at you for watching the gay sparkly vampires." I said it loud enough for my parents to hear and sure enough my dad just couldn't resist.
"No shit!? Are you sure you're straight boy? I mean its okay if you aren't but still... I would like to know if I should guard my backside around you." My mom elbowed him in the ribs before pinching his ear and dragging him into the house.
I started laughing again and Farron set me on my feet still staring at the doorway. "Was he serious?"
"My dad doesn't joke about his ass." His face was a mixture of horror and shock. "Yes he was kidding, Farron. That's just the way my dad is."
His mouth formed an 'o' and he sat down in one of the lawn chairs.
"Are you okay?" He just nodded before standing up. He walked over to me, kissed me lightly on the lips and walked towards the forest.
"I'll be back in a little bit. Try to stay out of trouble, alright?" I didn't get a chance to answer before he disappeared in the trees.
Well, looks like my dad just scared him away. Didn't take him very long though. Usually the guys stick around for a couple days.
I sighed and walked into the house and watched my parents argue over the TV, trying to hold back tears. I didn't know why I was crying but the tears kept coming. My parents were too caught up in their own argument to even notice that I practically ran to my room and cried into my pillow. I had no reason to be crying but I couldn't stop the sobs erupting from my chest.
