"Taehyung dear, wake up now. You have classes."

Taehyung groans upon hearing his grandma softly shouts from the door of his bedroom. He stretches his arms and legs and yawns like there's no tomorrow. He didn't have enough sleep since the tutor deal with his crush kept repeating in his mind last night.

"Dear, you're awake now?" His grandma's muffled voice asks.

"Yes Granny. I'm coming!" He sleepily stands up, wears his eyeglasses, and gathers the clothes he'll be wearing before coming out of his room.

He saw his grandma heating the food from last night and he greeted her good morning, then walks to the bathroom to take a bath.

Few minutes after finishing his bath, he faces the big mirror in the bathroom and wears his eyeglasses back. He notices two small pimples at his lower left cheek. "Oh look! My pimple made a friend."

Then suddenly, he remembers last night's conversation with Yoongi and the older's disapproving reaction everytime Taehyung asked if he is handsome. Sure his hyung was joking but sometimes he couldn't help but to believe it since people at his school hated him.

He studies his appearance, his big eyes covered with that stupid thick glasses, big nose, big ears, big lips, and the pimples on his cheek. He can't help but to think negatively of himself. He tried to smile to shake off the bad vibe, but then he notices how his smile forms a weird rectangle and his two front teeth slightly crooked.

He exhales loudly. Maybe this is the reason why people doesn't want to make friends with him. And Yoongi just pities him that's why he's stuck to hanging with a geek.

"Taehyung? Are you done? You're gonna be late." Granny knocked on the bathroom door and he remembers school.

The said male looks at himself at the mirror one last time before heading out. He plops into a chair at the dining area and started taking a bite from a tasteless bread.

"Son is something wrong?" The old lady notices the not so energetic demeanor of her grandchild.

Taehyung looks up at his Granny and gave a small smile (he finds his boxy smile weird ever since he saw it at the mirror).

"Nothing Granny, just tired from school and work." The brunette answered softly. The old lady doesn't have a clue on how his grandson is being treated at school.

His grandma gave him a sad look. "Taehyung-ah, I'm so sorry for giving you a life like this. You must be having a hard time. If only I could work-"

"Granny what are you saying? I can handle this. I don't want you to work. In fact I like school and work, but sometimes I can get physically exhausted. But nonetheless, I'm exactly okay." The brunette said quickly and made a thumbs up.

"Okay, but remember sweetheart, if you're having a hard time, remember that Granny's always here to listen and take care of you. I love you sweetie."

"I love you too Granny. What would I do without you.." Taehyung said softly.

School at Fridays is like having a festival. Students noisily hang out at the hallways and having loud discussions with their own groups. You can see them wearing their casual clothes and not their uniforms and nobody pays attention at lectures because everybody's busy making plans for the weekend.

Well, an exception to a certain boy with glasses because he doesn't have anyone to talk to and he works at the diner for the whole Saturday, then all he does is study hard after his workshift until Sunday.

Taehyung, as usual, is being made fun of. Earlier when he arrived at school, he didn't notice a bubble gum sticking on his chair, and clueless as he is, he sat on it. Later when he went out for a break to get water did he notice the gum sticking at his bum, so he spent his break time at the washroom to clean his pants. Only to be laughed at again since the spot at the back of his pants where the gum stuck is wet. A student shouted "hey the geek peed on his pants!", another wave of laughter and he saw Jungkook also joining in. Taehyung never left his seat all throughout the day due to embarrasment.

Jungkook stuck to his words. He was determined to not talk to the geek inside the school, but then Taehyung remembered that he can't tutor the raven head when he doesn't know where he is living so he pushed his luck. When the teacher haven't yet arrived for their next subject, he turned to Jungkook who was playing a game in his phone.

"Hi J-jungkook.." He tried quietly hoping the younger would hear, but he received zero reaction, he didn't even flinch.

He tried again a little louder. "Hey Jungkook.."

Again Jungkook didn't move nor even look at him.

As for this raven head, he definitely heard Taehyung's calls but he is so stubborn to answer him. He's annoyed that the geek is talking to him in school, like didn't he remember everything they agreed on?

"Jungkook?"

"WHAT!?" The younger shouted, he is so irritated right now. He glared down at the older.

Taehyung looks scared at the reaction the maknae gave so he decided to give up and keep quiet. The students look back at the two, so the brunette hung his head low.

Their last subject for the day ended and he saw Jungkook quickly went out the classroom. Taehyung needed to know his address if the younger wants him as a tutor, so he also dashes out the classroom to find the boy.

When he sees Jungkook and his two friends walking out the school gates, Taehyung nearly called out his name but stopped when he remembers they are still in campus. So he speed walks to the direction of the three and slows down following them when he's near.

When they reached a quiet alley, the brunette decided to call out.

"Jungkook"

The three spun around to his direction and were slightly surprised when they saw the geek was there. Not so long, Jungkook recovered from his shock state, only to be replaced with a scowl.

"Are you stalking us?"

"What? No no! I-i was just gonna ask something." Taehyung said fumbling with the hem of his ripped shirt and adjusting his glasses from time to time. He can feel the intensity of the stares given by the three.

"What do you want?" Jungkook said, not even hiding the tone of irritation in his voice.

"W-well, since I will t-tutor you this sunday.. I need to know w-where you live."

Jimin and Hoseok had their mouths form into an 'o' in understanding. Jungkook sighs.

"Give me your phone, I'll type in my number. I'll just text you the address." Jungkook held out his hand impatiently waiting for the phone.

"B-but I don't have one." Taehyung mumbled ashamed.

The three stared at him in disbelief. Like, who in this generation does not own a phone?! Well apparently the shy geek in front of them.

Jungkook clicked his tongue and for the first time, he felt a wave of sympathy to the poor guy.

"Do you know where Spring Village is?" Jungkook asked, no more irritated.

Taehyung nodded in response. "The subdivision near our school?"

"Yeah. Third house at the left near the entrance. Gate's red and roof's brown. Come early."

Then the maknae turns his back and walks ahead without waiting for a reply from Taehyung. The two friends gave him a small smile then followed the raven head.
