Mom? Dad? ch. 31

*****Louis POV*****

"Louis where are we?" she asks.

"A restaurant." I say not giving away any other details.

"Oh good because I'm so freakin hungry!"

"Don't worry babe I'll get you some food." I say to her as we make our way back to the table.

"Thank you Louis!" She says.

"For what? You don't even know what the big surprise is."

"Doesn't matter, I'm here, where ever here is, with you," she says and I take the opportunity to kiss her before our long night begins. "Well I take that as a thank you!" She says and smiles.

"Okay I'm taking off your blindfold but don't you dare open your eyes" she nods and I begin untying the small knot I created earlier. I place my hands back over her eyes. "You ready?" I ask her.

"Yeah!" She says.

I remove my hands from her eyes as I softly count down from 5. "5,4,3,2,1, open." I say and she open hers eyes and she is in a pure state of shock.

"Oh my god!" She says when she sees everyone. "Mom? Dad? I've missed you guys so much!" She says running to hug them. I go find to find Harry while she reunites with her parents for a few minutes.

*****Taylor's POV*****

My parents both engulf me in a hug.

"Aww sweetheart we've missed you too." My mother tells me.

"Taylor, sweetheart, no matter how old you get, or how much your life changes I will always miss you but I know I'll see you again in a different way each time." My father tells me as he tucks a piece of hair behind my ear.

"Aww daddy" I say and he hugs me. "God I've missed you both! What are you guys doing here?"

"Well Liam called us the other night and said we should come down, so here we are!" My mother cheers.

"Here you are mum!" Liam says as he walks towards my parents and I.

"Liam!" My mother shouts and hugs him as she did earlier to me.

"I'm so glad you guys could make it, the boys and I have a big announcement, so we thought we'd have dinner with every one to make our announcement."

"Liam sweetheart, whatever this is I am so proud of you and the boys, you've come so far."

"Thanks mum!"

"No problem sweetheart, now go say hello to your father. I keep stealing both of you away from him," she says and he laughs.

"Yes you do love, come here Taylor!" He says and hugs me by himself.

"Hi daddy," I say and give him a big hug.

"Hello sweetheart, how are ya?"

"Good, living with 5 boys, is pretty diffrent than just living with you, mum and Liam."

"Yeah, especially since you 'like' one of them." He says winking at me.

"Daddy," I say laughing "we've been together for almost a year and a half now."

"Shit! I've missed a lot haven't I babe?"

"Yeah daddy you have, but that's mostly my fault," I say.

"Your fault? Why the hell would it be your fault?" He asks.

"Because I never call or come visit."

"Your a busy girl, between your brother, your boyfriend, the boys, the band, tour, being yourself, being a young woman, your life is moving to fast for you to keep up with yourself let alone someone you never see. It's not your fault babe, it's life." He says and kisses my forehead, "and it only gets tougher."

"Great!" I say sarcastically. "Thanks dad, your the best."

"Hey, I'm just doing my job."

"Well keep doin what your doing, your doing great!"

"Well I hope so. I've only been at it for twenty something years." He says and I laugh.

"We love you too sweetie, now go on be social, your father and I will see you later," my mother tells me in efforts to shoo me away, and I do.

"Ok, I'll see you guys later." I say to my parents and my mom is now pushing me away from the two of them back over to Louis.

"You miss 'em?" Louis asks me once I rejoin him.

"Yeah, I do," I tell him.

"Well they love you, very much." He tell me

"Yeah, I just which I could see them so much more."

"I know the feeling babe" he says tilting his head in the general direction of his mother.

"Louis I have one question."

"Yeah and what's that?"

"I was just curious as to why all of these people are here?" I ask Louis referring to our many friends and family members attending this dinner.

"Well let's just say that all of these people are here for something very special to me and the boys."

"Like what?" I ask.

"You'll find out later babe," he tells me.

"Nooooo, I wanna know now" I whine.

"Later. Anyway is time for dinner now."

"Ugh, I just wanna know!" I whine as he leads my hand to the seat in which my butt will be sitting for the next couple of hours.

"Sit right here, next to me," Louis says as he pulls out a chair for me.

"Only because I know I have too" I say.

"As my girlfriend of a year and two months, you do!" He says back.

"Fine, but not because you said I had to, but because I wanted too."

"Sure..." He says and kisses me sweetly. "You ready for this super embarrassing speech?"

"Nope, hold on I need my phone" I stick my hand in my purse searching for my phone that managed to make its way down to the bottom of my purse. I unlock my phone and open the camera and aim it at Louis.

"Haha nope!" He says striping my phone from my hands.

"Louis!" I squeal as he takes my phone from me.

"Sorry babe..." He says sarcastically.

"Yeah sure you are." I say under my breath.

"Okay sooo," he says talking into the microphone he was handed he clears his throat then continues. "Sorry okay, so everyone, I'm Louis but I'm petty sure most of you know that. Okay well um anyway I'd uh like to get this show on the road, so if you could make your way on over to this nice table and uh take a seat anywhere you'd like that'd be great, thanks," Louis says to the large group of people gather here for reasons to which I am still unsure.

Slowly everyone makes their way to the table and takes a seat. The boys sit relatively close together I'm seated I between Liam and Louis, Harry is to Louis's left, Niall is to Liam's right, and Zayn is to Niall's right and Perrie is seated to the right of Zayn.

"Okay so were gonna go ahead and get started," Harry says into the microphone. "I'm Harry, these are my bandmates Niall, Liam, Zayn and his girlfriend Perrie and Louis and his girlfriend Taylor, sister of Liam. So know you know everyone, so guys would you mind standing up?" He asks us and we do. Liam takes the microphone from Harry.

"We'd like to go ahead and thank everyone for being here on such a short notice, we just have some really big news and we wanted everyone to hear at the same time. So thanks for always being there for us, you guys are all amazing. I think we" he says motioning to us "all owe a big round of applause to all of you." He says and we clap for our family and friends as we were instructed to do so.

"Yeah, so thank you, for being so awesome. You guys are amazing! So were gonna go ahead and start with the big news." Niall says looking to

each of the boys. "Yeah? Okay, we-..."
