The four of us went back inside and had dinner. Will was sharing some of his experiences. Until he asked me something "So Krista, any plans in what your going to do when you go to college?" "I'm not that sure on what course I should get. How about you?" I asked him. "Well my father wants me to continue our business so I think I would study about business" Will said as he grabbed his cup. "I see." I said as I get back to eating my roasted chicken. "Will, tell us more about your business" My mom said looking at him. "Yes, well my father owns various hotels, restaurants, and condominiums" Will said looking proud. "Well I be, no wonder your father and my husband are such close friends" My mom said smiling. This is getting too boring. Now their just talking about business. Well just let me enjoy this blueberry cheesecake. "So how old are you Will?" My mom asked curiously. "I'm 16" Will said getting a scope full of vanilla ice cream. "Your just the same age as our little Krista" My mom said happily as she looks at me. This is getting a little creepy. "Well I think I should go back" I said as I stand up. "Wait Krista" My mom said as she held my arm. "At least let our guest hear one of your music" Seriously?! This is getting more and more annoying. I went to the piano. Holding back all my anger and release it when I played the piano.
There we go this should at least amuse him. At least my head is cooling of now. As I finished playing I saw him staring at me. "We'll leave the both of you here" My mom said smiling as she drag herself and my dad out. "Wow, you played wonderful" Will said as he starred at me. "Is their something else I don't know about you?" "Well their are a lot actually, since we just met" I said as I closed the fall board. "Do you play some musical instruments?" I asked starring at him. "Well, no actually, I'm quite busy" Will said scratching his hair, trying to avoid eye contact with me. "I see" I said looking at the piano. "So can you tell me about yourself?" Will asked. "Right, well I don't have that much of friends, I always bury myself in a book, I hate chocolate, I--" "W-wait, you hate chocolate?" Will said interrupting me. "Well yeah" I said looking at him. "Why? Your like the only person in this planet who hates chocolate" Will said looking at me. "Well they make my tummy ache" I said as I rub my tummy. "Really?" Will said looking at me with disbelief. "Really! Like when I was little and it was Halloween, I get tons of chocolate, well of course I ate them all, the next day I end up in the hospital." I said defending my answer. Will just laugh at me. "What? What's so funny?" I asked. "Wow I haven't laughed like that since I was young, well you see I can resemble you of being a dog." He said wiping his tears away. "A dog?" I asked feeling a little bit confused. "Yeah, you know how a dog is allergic to chocolates" Will said trying to explain to me. "Really? I never knew about that" I said looking amazed.
"Well, I should go now, my father is waiting for me" Will said looking at his watch. I look at the clock and it was already 9. "Yes" I said as I stand up. "Well it was nice meeting you Krista" Will said shaking my hand again. "You too, Will" I said smiling at him. "Well at least I could see your smiling face" Will said smiling back. I don't know how to describe this but why do I feel that my cheeks are getting hot?
Will left our house. My mom went towards me and said "Dear, your blushing" "Wh-What?" I said as I looked at the mirror. Oh no! I really am blushing and they're not fading away. What is this feeling. The smiling face of Will seems to be in my mind.
